„Very nice house (pics describe house well) and fantastic garden in quiet surrounding on a very big and private property. Kitchen works well, with most items in place and a big place for outside eating, nice albeit somewhat “on the backside” of the house. A bit of mosquitoes at night, as in other areas of Tuscany. A/C in 3 of four bedrooms. Pool area is plesant, albeit 50m or so away/down from the house. Owner/host lives in separatated part of house but not disturbing on any big way. House power system is a bit underpowered and full use of appliances needs to be paired with a/c off and no washing machine. Not suitable for charging Your EV, but four 22KW AC chargers are available 5 min walk from house by nearest supermarket. Nice small town 5 min drive (Pescia) with most stuff available in very untouristy town with Saturday market. Car is generally recommended for this place to work smoothly, but it is not impossible without 10 min drive to trainstation. We had a fantastic time woth our young adults. Very good setting for the big family.“

The property is splendid, meticulously maintained, and ideal for a relaxing stay. The landlady was extremely courteous and helpful, always attentive to her guests' needs. We also greatly appreciated the speed with which a minor issue with the pool was resolved: A sign of great professionalism and attention to detail. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a welcoming, elegant, and passionately managed place.“

„Nous venons de passer 15 jours merveilleux dans cette villa, les chambres spacieuses, tres propres, en famille, nous étions 10 personnes, Michaela la proprietaire est vraiment à l'ecoute, très dicrète. Maison très belles dans le détail, une vrai villa toscane, mieux que sur les photos. Zone piscine parfaite, jardin magnifique, securité, vraiment rien à dire, peut etre un manque en petits electroménagers (grille pains, mixeur, etc...) . Zone repas en extrerieur sur la terasse arrière, avec barbecue, acces direct à la cuisine, bassin avec les poisson rouges. et la chapelle, et la salle a manger magistrale... je recommande à 200 % cette villa. We have just spent 15 wonderful days in this villa, the spacious rooms, very clean, as a family, we were 10 people, Michaela the owner is really attentive, very discrete. House very beautiful in detail, a real Tuscan villa, better than in the photos. Perfect pool area, beautiful garden, security, really nothing to say, maybe a lack of small appliances (toaster, blender, etc...). Outdoor dining area on the back terrace, with barbecue, direct access to the kitchen, pond with red fish. and the chapel, and the dining room... I recommend this villa 200%.“

„Uitstekend locatie en huis“

„Die Villa Borghetto ist genau der richtige Ort für einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Toskana. Eine alte Villa, in der es einem an nichts fehlt, auf einem unglaublich schönen, sehr natürlichen, riesigen Grundstück mit einem großen Pool, verschiedenen Sitzplätzen, um gemeinsame oder auch mal getrennte Wege zu gehen, Olivenbäumen, Oleander, Zypressengängen, einem Reh, das hin und wieder an den Rosen knabbert, und Zikaden, die den Soundtrack des Urlaubs performen! Die Besitzerin Michaela ist immer da und kümmert sich um alles, ohne dass man es wirklich merkt. Man glaubt in dieser alten Villa sehr gerne, dass einst Napoleon eine Nacht hier verbracht hat. Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich und ruhig. Das einzige, was man wissen sollte, ist, dass ein Auto wirklich sinnvoll ist, um von A nach B zu kommen. Denn auch, wenn der süße Ort Pescia nicht weit weg ist, kommt man dennoch schlecht zu Fuß dorthin, da es leider kaum Fußgängerwege gibt. Restaurant und Eisdiele und Supermarkt sind aber gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein idealer Ort, um alle Reserven aufzutanken und sich rundum zu erholen und zu genießen.“

„This is a lovely villa with expansive property and endless charm. We loved the decor, the original aspects of the historical place, cooking in the kitchen (especially with a dishwasher), and the ample space for a large group. Our only complaints were that the mattresses were uncomfortable, the doors squeaked loudly during the night, and laundry took very long to dry (it rained, so we could not put them outside). Eating antipasti with fresh baked bread by the pool and only hearing birds and church bells more than made up for any discomfort.“
