„Mooi (enigszins gedateerd maar comfortabel) ingericht huis, alle voorzieningen aanwezig, wekelijkse schoonmaak en vervanging bed en linnengoed. Prachtige omgeving. Nice (somewhat dated but comfortable) furnished house, all amenities provided, weekly cleaning and change of linens. Beautiful environment.“

„Sehr schönes Haus, geräumig und alles da was man braucht. Wunderschön gelegen. Die Zufahrtsstraße (ca. 1km) ist allerdings nur eine Staub/Schotterstraße mit ziemlichen Unebenheiten.“

With the cleanliness in the house it could be a little better in some rooms. It would be nice if there was an outdoor grill available. The reception and the information were very good. „In Casale Giulio we were very happy and felt home in some minutes. It's an amazing place with a great view over tuscany panorama. Silent, spacious, wonderful park, authentic furnished and clean. Cetona Village needs some minutes by car, but it provides all you need. A lot of thanks to Giulio and his mother for your attentively and courteous welcome and help! „Wonderful house in a stunning location. The owners are extremely warm, friendly and helpful, very quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd highly recommend this place. It's even better than it looks in the photos - the driveway is especially beautiful. The closest town Cetona is exactly what you hope for in a small, traditional, rustic village where you can get everything you need or relax with the locals, good restaurants options etc“

„My family and I stayed at Casale Giulio late May 2019. It was a wonderful time. The house is an old farmhouse that is surrounded by beautiful fields of wheat, cypresses, olive groves and a wide variety of wild flowers. It is a truly beautiful area. The views of Mt. Cetona were spectacular. The general area is very beautiful with beautiful houses nearby that are pleasant to look at from afar. The town of Cetona is beautiful and serene. Very quaint. Be mindful that the nearest grocery store keeps odd hours and was on one occasion closed when it should have been opened. The owner is a great guy and very helpful. The neighbor lady farms the fields adjacent to the house and the home owner owns them as well. She was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is that the owner provide a barbecue for outdoor and a ‘American’ style drip coffee maker. Just be aware that the house is old and there are some minor inconveniences such as a long wait for hot water. But overall a great experience and in my view a good deal for the price. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity were to arise. Dan, Arizona USA.“
