„We spent a wonderful week at Case Sant'anna! The property is newly and beautifully restored and is comfortable and charming. We were a group of 18 and enjoyed cooking every evening and enjoying the pool, ping pong and side trips to Cortona and Arezzo by day. Great for all ages. Highly recommended.“

„3.5 stars. We were a group of 13 visiting the Cortona area and we stayed at Case Santánna for two weeks. There are pros and cons of every place you may stay so I'm summarizing for those who don't like long reviews: The apartments upstairs have issues with plumbing. Bathrooms leak and kitchens don't fully operate. The owner lives on the property site in a house next to the villa. The pool and hot tub is kept up nicely by owner every morning It is very remote. Don't think about staying here without a car. You won't get a cab, uber or any other car service. All of the bedrooms are spacious and clean All but one of the main house bathroom showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. in the kitchen Internet is spotty. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It's a satellite connection. The owner was very gracious and didn't seem to mind our late night gatherings outside. Highly recommend Tuklu nearby for food although it's only open 2 or 3 nights during the week. Grocery stores are about 3km away and easy to get to with car. Plenty of parking for cards Owner arranged a nice dinner prepared by a local cook. It was great! You will be using Google translate to communicate with the owner.“

„This is a lovely villa in a very quiet location. The bedrooms are of a good size and so is the pool with lots of sunbeds. The kitchen is also of a good size with a large dining area and table beside it. The only disappointing part was the lounge which is not very big. The owner, Omar is very friendly. We had a lovely meal cooked by Stephania who EasyReserve recommended to us for a special birthday dinner. The villa is not too far away from the A1 which leads to other parts of beautiful Tuscany. This is a great place to stay and I hope we can come back one day.“

„This house is great. We were a group of 3 families which were easily housed with lots of space. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for bigger groups. Everything promised by the owner was delivered and he was very helpful in every way. The pool area is big and clean. In the pool area you have a ping pong table, fussball table and swings for the youngest people. The location is great with short drives to great towns such as Cortana. I give this property my highest recommendation and if you are looking for a true Tuscany experience, this is it.“

This villa is an excellent base to explore this region of Tuscany with easy access to Cortona, Montepulciano, Arezzo, etc. The villa was reconstructed very recently and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. Large kitchen and dining room. One of the few properties in the area that has 9 bedrooms.“
