Ein mediterraner Traum ist auch die gemütliche 60 qm große, teils überdachte Terrasse von Il Patio sul Mare. Bereits die lange Einfahrt zum Grundstück ist von Pflanzen und Blumen in leuchtenden Farben gesäumt. Über der Außendusche rankt eine Bougainvillea in schönstem Violett.
URLAUB AM MEER FÜR 2 PERSONEN
Der etwa 600 m entfernte, zu Fuß erreichbare Strand "64", ein kieseliger Küstenabschnitt, wird hauptsächlich von Einheimischen besucht und ist i.d.R. auch im August nicht überlaufen.
Ein Geheimtipp ist auch Il Patio sul Mare selbst. Die hübsche, 2021 teilrenovierte Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Zweiparteienhauses. Das Obergeschoss bewohnen die gastfreundlichen, diskreten Eigentümer.
Betreten wird die Ferienwohnung über das Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich. Von der angrenzenden, separaten Küche gelangt man in einen Hauswirtschaftsraum (Duschkabine). Das Bad (WC/Bidet) befindet sich zwischen Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Das gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick ist mit Ventilator ausgestattet. Alle Fenster sowie die Eingangstür sind mit Fliegengittern versehen.
EINE TERRASSE ZUM VERLIEBEN
Marina Campagna ist i.d.R. ein Ort der Stille, die tagsüber nur für wenige Augenblicke von der vorbeifahrenden Bahn unterbrochen wird, die von einem Tunnel in den nächsten taucht. Ansonsten lautet das Motto in Il Patio sul Mare: Entspannen.
Besonders gut gelingt das auf der möblierten, sichtgeschützten Terrasse. Zum Greifen nah wirkt das Meer, auf das man einen unverstellten Blick genießt. Nach Norden und Süden erstreckt sich einer der schönsten, unberührtesten Küstenabschnitte des Nationalparks Cilento.

Im Ortsteil Marina Campagna ist eines der besten Restaurants von Pisciotta zu Hause. Das Perbacco von Vito Puglia verwöhnt seine Gäste in den Sommermonaten mit ausgezeichneter Fischküche und einer riesigen Auswahl lokaler und überregionaler Weine. Serviert werden all diese Köstlichkeiten in einem alten Olivenhain mit Blick auf das Meer.
Tägliche Einkäufe erledigt man im ca. 4,5 km entfernt gelegenen Bergdorf Pisciotta. In unmittelbarer Umgebung der Piazza Pinto befinden sich zwei kleine Supermärkte, ein Gemüsehändler und eine Metzgerei. Ab dem späten Nachmittag erhält man in der Cantina Lamadé unterhalb der Piazza lokales Olivenöl, Käse und Nudeln aus lokaler Produktion. Nehmen Sie sich etwas Zeit für die Cantina und planen Sie einen Aperitif mitsamt einer köstlichen Antipastiplatte mit ein.
Wer in diesem Teil des Cilento einen klassischen italienischen Strandurlaub verbringen möchte, findet im benachbarten Marina di Ascea (ca. 10 km) und im Ortsteil Caprioli (ca. 8 km) weite Sandstrände mit gut organisierten Strandbars und Sonnenliegenverleih. Empfehlenswert sind der Lido Mascalzone Latino in Caprioli und La Scogliera in Marina di Ascea.

The apartment's cozy, partly roofed, 60 m² terrace is a Mediterranean dream. The long drive onto the property is lined with plants and flowers in vivid colors. Above the outdoor shower a bougainvillea displays its radiantly violet blossoms.
HOLIDAYS FOR TWO AT THE SEASIDE
Beach "64", a pebbly coastal stretch frequented mainly by locals and in general not crowded in August either, lies within walking distance (ca. 600 m) of Il Patio sul Mare.
The lovely, in 2021 partly renovated ground-floor apartment is located in a two-unit house. The hospitable, discreet owners live on the upper floor.
You enter Il Patio sul Mare into the living room with dining area. The adjoining, separate kitchen offers access of a utility room (shower; washing machine). A half-bath (WC/bidet) is located between the living area and the sleeping area, the latter a cozy double bedroom with sea view.
Furnishing also includes: WiFi, SAT-TV, gas heating (extra charge), hair dryer; gas stove, mini oven, fridge-freezer in the kitchen area; fan in the bedroom. The apartment is equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. The windows as well as the entrance door are protected by fly screens. A children's bed can be provided on request. Parking is available on the completely fenced property.
A TERRACE TO FALL IN LOVE WITH
Marina Campagna is in general a place of peace and quiet, which is interrupted during the day only for a few moments by the passing train, which 'dives' from one tunnel into the next. Otherwise the motto at Il Patio sul Mare is - relax.
A good spot to do just that is the furnished terrace, which is screened from view and from where you have got an uninhibited view of the sea. One of the most beautiful, untouched coastal sections of the Cilento National Park stretches out to the north and to the south.
WHERE YOU FIND WHAT YOU NEED AT PISCIOTTA
One of Pisciotta's best restaurants lies in the district of Marina Campagna. During the summer months, Vito Puglia's Perbacco delights your taste buds with an excellent fish cuisine and a large choice of local and transregional wines. All the delicacies are served in an old olive grove with sea view.
Daily shopping is done at the mountain village of Pisciotta (ca. 4.5 km). Two small supermarkets, a greengrocer's and a butcher's are found in the immediate vicinity of Piazza Pinto. In the late afternoon, Cantina Lamadé below the piazza opens its doors; you can choose from among its offer of local olive oil and locally produced cheese and noodles. Do allow for some time at the Cantina and for an aperitif as well as a delicious antipasti dish there.
You wish to spend classic Italian beach holidays in this part of the Cilento? Wide sandy beaches with well organized beach bars and sun lounger rental are found at neighboring Marina di Ascea (ca. 10 km) and at Caprioli (ca. 8 km), a district of Pisciotta. Beaches that can be recommended are Lido Macalzone Latino at Caprioli and La Scogliera at Marina di Ascea.
