„This villa is exceptional. The accommodations were so spacious and comfortable. The grounds are spacious and welcoming. The owner (Stefano) was so welcoming and accommodating. We would visit again in a heartbeat.“

„We were a large group of friends some of whom have young children under two years old. In total we were 15 adults and 3 children. Stefano our host was exceptionally good. Cots and high chairs were provided and the pool area is gated which is useful for the little ones. The space was excellent for the number we were and the views are spectacular over Montecatini Terme which is a very well connected spa town. I honestly couldn't praise Stefano enough. He was a very attentive host and took care of the rubbish daily. On the last night was had dinner made for us in the Villa and this was a real treat! Especially not needing to do the dishes on the last night! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. (Just a wee note that there are no spices or salt, pepper, oil etc so you will need to get these). Overall an excellent stay, and I can say that we would all love to go back!“

„We had the best week at Villa Le Ferrette! The villa is in a great location and has fantastic views. We sat by the pool, played soccer, had ping pong tournaments and cooked meals almost every night! The owner, Stefano, was very hospitable! He helped secure the chef, musician and photographer for my birthday party and was available to answer any questions throughout our stay. We had plenty of room for our large group and we were very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is nice. I highly recommend the villa plus Stefano is the best!“

„Nous avons réservé la villa pour une semaine en Toscane en famille. 1. La situation: Vue exceptionnelle sur Montecatini Terme. Parfait pour rayonner sur la Toscane: 45' de Florence et de Pise. 45' de la route touristique de la vallée du Chianti (compter ensuite une petite heure pour rejoindre Sienne). 2. La villa: Très spacieuse. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bains et ses toilettes. Parfait entre 16 et 22 personnes. Equipements adaptés pour cuisiner pour un groupe. Frigos, vaisselle, cafetières,... en conséquence. 3. Le jardin: Belle et grande piscine; terrain de jeu en sable; immense parc (attention ça monte fort !) 4. Stefano: Le propriétaire, très sympathique, vous rend visite tous les jours (poubelles, entretien de la piscine,...) Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette belle villa parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour en groupe. Nous recommandons chaleureusement. We booked the villa for a week in Tuscany as a family. 1. The location: Exceptional view of Montecatini Terme. Perfect for exploring Tuscany: 45' from Florence and Pisa. 45' from the tourist route of the Chianti valley (then allow a short hour to reach Siena). 2. The villa: Very spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Perfect for 16 to 22 people. Equipment suitable for cooking for a group. Fridges, dishes, coffee makers,... accordingly. 3. The garden: Beautiful and large swimming pool; sand playground; huge park (be careful it goes uphill!) 4. Stefano: The owner, very friendly, he comes by every day (trash cans, pool maintenance,...) We spent an excellent week in this beautiful villa, perfectly suited for a group stay. We warmly recommend the villa.“

„Has the most amazing week here with our family from the Uk celebrating my husbands 40th birthday. The place has the most amazing view you don’t want to leave! It’s very quiet so you can sleep but also if you want to have a party you a far away enough to make noise. The place is so huge if In a large group you will never feel on top of each other. Stefano come every day cleaned the outside and was always helpful and available when we needed him. We got Stefano and his colleagues to cook the birthday meal and it was absolutely fab… I would Highly recommend this place and would love to come back soon thanks for an amazing stay ! Make sure you get the Funicolare from Montecatini up to Montecatini Alto which you can see from the villa and book a restaurant there to eat it runs until 12 am lovely experience.“
