„First of all, I have to say that we, as a group of four adults, two kids and a small dog, really enjoyed our stay at La Fragola. The main benefits of the villa are privacy, the size of the area, a large and really nice pool, an outdoor grill and seating area, serenity and hospitality of the villa manager – Deborah. Deborah contacted us via WhatsUp a few days before our scheduled arrival, so we could discuss the details regarding the check-in and the exact location of the villa. She showed us the villa itself on arrival and shared a few tips for our stay. The location of the villa is imo really great. Not far away from the nearest house, but still offering a huge portion of privacy. Chianacce is small village. Despite the fact that the villa offer privacy and its located nearly outside of the village, it's still within walking distance (approx 300m) to the local market where you can easily buy everything you need. Chianacce offers also a small bar (bar Tabachi) which is located approx 1km from the villa but it's a nice traditional bar offering great coffee, croissants and other goods as well. The villa itself is nice and offers large, spacious rooms – including a service room with a washing machine. On the other hand, I have to say that some furniture and equipment is outdated and the overall cleanness should be on a higher level. Otherwise, the stay at the villa was relaxing and we had a really great time there. We used the outside grill, spent every night drinking wine in the garden and had fun at the pool. Just be aware of mosquitos – these are problems in the whole area. We also brought bicycles and I really recommend that to all cycling fans as the region is really great for bike trips (even the fact that the road conditions are not the best – the panorama views will easily overcome it. We have communicated our recommendations to the manager and I hope that they will solve the main issues before the start of the next season. We will definitely love to get back someday in the future.“

„We had a few issues with the wifi. Very important for me and my wife, for work related business. Debora took care of those aspects and the four last days the wifi was repaired. A very nice owner who brought us fres vegetables and fruit!“

„Abbiamo passato una settimana a Villa Fragola. La casa è bella e ha uno spazio esterno stupendo, adatto sia ai ragazzi che alle famiglie. La zona è una delle più belle della Toscana quindi troverete sicuramente cose da fare. Inoltre, Massimo, il proprietario e la figlia sono super disponibili e simpatici, e ti aiuteranno in tutti i modi possibili. Ci hanno portato frutta, pasta e tanto altro. Grazie mille e speriamo di tornare!“

„Das Haus ist schön, schade nur das es kein gemütliches Wohnzimmer für klate Abende gibt. Es wäre schön wenn auf die zweite Küche verzichtet würde und dafür ein Wohnzimmer eingerichtet würde. Leider sind die Betten viel zu hart. Der Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet und es lässt sich dort gut entspannen. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und auch debora vor Ort ist immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit The house is nice, just a pity that there is no cozy living room for evenings. It would be nice if the second kitchen would be omitted in order to set up a living room. Unfortunately, the beds are too hard. The garden is lovingly designed and one can relax well there. The pool is very nice. The landlord is very nice and Debora on site is always reachable and very helpful.“

„Residenza in posizione tranquillissima e dotata di tutto il necessario. Proprietario gentile e presente se necessario. Peccato per alcune piccolezze che non mi fanno dare le cinque stelle tipo zanzariere rotte, porta doccia non funzionante, pulizia generale e nei dintorni della casa non all'altezza del luogo. Ritornerei però sicuramente e la consiglio a chi vuole una vacanza all'insegna del relax assoluto.“

„Wir verbrachten mit unserer Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Fragola. Sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend, trotzdem viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Der sehr nette Eigentümer war sehr aufmerksam, reinigte den Pool und erfreute uns mit frischem Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau. Trotzdem war es nie aufdringlich. Der Pool ist eingezäunt, was es uns mit unserer 2jährigen Tochter viel einfacher machte. Das Dorffest in Chianacce fanden wir auch sehr schön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. We spent with our family a wonderful holiday in the Villa Fragola. Very nice house in a quiet area, yet many attractions in the vicinity. The very nice owner was very attentive, cleaned the pool and enjoyed fresh vegetables from our own cultivation. Still, never intrusive. The pool is fenced, which made it much easier with our 2 year old daughter. We also loved the village festival in Chianacce. We would like to come again.“

„Great quiet and peaceful location with amazing pool area. Villa could do with some updating and the kitchen area could have been cleaner and was missing key items. Debroah the villa supervisor was really helpful. Overall I would reccomend however there are mosquitos as there is a river nearby - these don't ruin the villa but if you get bitten badly this might be not the best place for you.“

„We hat a wonderful vavation at the Villa la fragola. Good located to the local cities and nice places to visit are very near. Alltough the house lies in a quiet and peaceful area which offers you a very good place to relax. At most we liked the big Pool and beautiful garden with a nice view. At least we want to say that the owner is very nice and friendly. All questions we had were directly solved.“

„Heerlijke, rustige ligging maar toch dichtbij uitvalswegen om snel plaatsjes in de omgeving te bezoeken. In de tuin een heerlijk, groot zwembad. Bij aankomst goed ontvangen door Deborah. Zij is ook tijdens het verblijf zeer behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar voor vragen. Eigenaar heeft heel attent groente en fruit gegeven. Kortom een onbezorgde, fijne vakantiebestemming! Lovely, quiet location yet close to arterial roads to quickly visit towns in the area. In the garden a lovely, large swimming pool. Welcome by Deborah on arrival was fine. She is also very helpful during the stay and easily accessible for questions. The owner very thoughtfully provided fruit and vegetables. In short, a carefree, good holiday destination!“

Het zwembad was heerlijk ruim en het was heerlijk rustig! We enjoyed this lovely house immensely. The owner was so thoughtful to bring us delicacies from his land.
