„A delightful, quiet secluded villa, all facilities in the house & pool were very good. Our only comments of note are that the wifi needs upgrading / replacing, it was almost unusable. Tennis court surface needs maintenance. Other than these minor issues it was a delightful stay; recommended. Thank you very much for your review and comments. We are always looking to improve our properties in order to make them as comfortable as possible. We have therefore informed the owner about the changes needed. We hope to see you back soon!“

„The property was lovely and we had a fantastic family vacation. It was perfect for all of us as we had 9 people staying and it was the most idyllic place to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversay. The 2 ladies who stayed onsite were lovely and were so helpful.“

„We had a wonderful one week's stay here in July. The house is simply stunning, filled with antique furniture and all mod cons. It has wonderful views from every room, set as it is in the middle of olive groves and vineyards. The swimming pool, cleaned every day, and a tennis court as well, made it hard to make the effort to get into Florence, which is only a short 10 min drive to the railway station (Montelupo) and then a 15 minute ride. There is an excellent rustic restaurant 5 minutes drive away in the vineyard of Tenuta San Vito, as well as a good restaurant/pizzeria in the local village of Malmontile. Titziana and her friend were always on hand to offer advice, and help out if we didn't know how to get something to work, so it ticked all the boxes. We'll be back!“

„Malmantile Villa is amazing. Highly recommended. We can only try to explain just how absolutely jaw-droppingly beautiful the Malmantile villa is! The location, facilities, service and just general beauty were 5-star. The Villa at Malmantile is a charming old convent renovated and restored. The people that run it were so kind in welcoming us with a tour of the villa and gifted us a basket filled with fresh produce from their gardens, as well as their own creations of both the most divine olive oil and a deliciously rich bottle of red wine which were handcrafted from the vineyard and olive groves surrounding the villa! The pool is amazing. The Villa private and well kept. Despite being a little late due to our Vueling flights into Florence, Michael and his colleague welcomed us warmly and we couldn’t be more grateful. Michael was often around the villa and came to clean the pool and tidy some things up for us throughout the stay which was so kind, and he made sure to let us know of the upcoming public holiday during our stay and that stores would be closed during this time which was very much appreciated! They provided us information about local supermarkets and activities, as well as advice about to how to get to local cities such as Florence and Pisa via car AND public transport. You definitely need to hire a car, as the road leading up to the villa is a few kilometres, and down to the shops in Malmamtile is further still (the road up to the villa is gravel/dirt and can be a bit bumpy, but our front wheel drive rental from Florence airport was fine. Thank you to Michael and the team who made our stay in this charming place incredible and something to forever remember. The home made olive oil from the olive groves in the estate was the best we have ever tasted. Just wish we could bring more home with us!“

„This beautiful villa exceeded our expectations in every way. It was very spacious and clean, and accommodated our family very comfortably. The location is very peaceful and picturesque nestled among a large olive grove. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and provided some delicious meals. We also loved to be able to play tennis and cool off in the huge swimming pool. We loved it all and hope to return again soon. „We loved our stay at Malmantile and would definitely recommend it! The house is very large and accommodates a large group easily with plenty of places to gather. The pool was the highlight of our stay and we spent hours just relaxing. Because it was particularly hot at the time of our visit I could have stayed all day, every day, at poolside. However we braved the heat and made day trips to Florence, Sienna, Carmignano, Artimino, and more. Trips to Florence were a breeze with the train station a 10 minute drive away, free parking, and a short hop to Florence which is a very walkable city. Our hosts, Tissiana and Eva, were welcoming and helpful and always available if we needed anything. Overall it was a magical place to stay and we highly recommend.“

„We stayed here between 2July to 9 July. The villa was just what we wanted. It had everything we wanted and our family of 5 adults had plenty of space as well as peace and quiet. We made full use of the large pool and also the tennis courts. The surroding area and views were stunning and the small towns around had everything we needed including shopping, fuel, restaurants and a good railway connection for trains to Florence and then on to Rome. The staff were friendly, helpful yet unobtrusive. We would certainly recommend the location which was central for Florence, Pisa and Sienna- just wish we could have stayed longer“
