APPARTEMENT MIT DEM CHARME DES ALTEN PALINURO
Die Villa Pugliese besteht aus drei Wohneinheiten. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Sommerresidenz der aus dem vornehmen Neapel stammenden, sehr liebenswerten Eigentümerin. Direkt darüber, im 1. OG, erstrecken sich die beiden Ferienwohnungen der Villa Pugliese. Beide unterscheiden sich in winzigen Details, sind von der Wohnfläche und dem Komfort her jedoch identisch.
Palinuro galt in den 60er und 70er Jahren als das touristische Zentrum des Cilento. Es war DER Ort für den Sommerurlaub. Den einmaligen Charme jener Zeit spiegelt die Villa Pugliese in gewisser Weise heute noch wider.
Charakteristisch sind die teils antiken Möbelstücke, die das Innere der Wohnung schmücken, wie auch die großen Fensterfronten zum Meer hin. Das Herzstück ist jedoch die kleine Terrasse, die von der Wohnküche und vom Doppelschlafzimmer aus zugänglich ist. Wer hier einmal Platz genommen hat, wird den Blick von dem einzigartigen Panorama nur schwer abwenden können.

Die Villa Pugliese befindet sich auf einem weitläufigen, gepflegten Grundstück direkt über der Baia del Buondormire. Die Bucht auf der Rückseite des Palinuro-Kaps ist ein beliebtes Ziel für Bootstouren und im Sommer der "place to be" unzähliger Touristen, Yachten und Segelboote.
Ebenso beliebt, aber einfacher zu erreichen, ist der Marinella-Strand, der sich unweit der Buondormire-Bucht befindet und auf zwei Wegen recht gut von der Villa Pugliese aus zu erreichen ist.

APARTMENT WITH THE CHARM OF THE OLD PALINURO
Villa Pugliese is a three-unit house. The ground floor houses the summer residence of the very friendly owner from the noble city of Naples. The two holiday apartments are located on the 1st floor. They differ in minute details, but are identical in terms of living space and comfort.
In the 1960s and 1970s, Palinuro was considered the touristic center of the Cilento. It was simply THE place to go for your summer vacation. To a certain degree, Villa Pugliese still reflects the unique charm of those times today.
The partly antique pieces of furniture adorning the apartment are characteristic, as are the large window fronts facing the sea. The centerpiece of apartment Villa Pugliese 1, however, is the small terrace, which is accessible from the live-and-eat-in kitchen and the double bedroom. Once you have made yourself comfortable on the terrace, you will hardly be able to take your eyes off the unique panorama.
The apartment features: fly screens in the bedroom window, WiFi, TV, iron, air conditioning (extra charge for use), washing machine, hair dryer. Parking is available.
DREAM LOCATION ABOVE BUONDORMIRE BAY
Villa Pugliese is located on rambling, well-tended premises right above Baia del Buondormire. The bay on the back side of the Cape of Palinuro is a popular destination of boat tours and, in summer, countless tourists, yachts and sailing boats consider it "the place to be".
Just as popular: Marinella beach not far from Buondormire Bay. From Villa Pugliese, you can reach the beach via two routes (one by car, one on foot).
CENTRAL LOCATION IN THE CILENTO – FOR BOTH NATURE AND CULTURE
