Große Freude bereitete uns der Pool und der große Garten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. The house is beautifully decorated and contains all the important things you need on holiday. The kitchen is great and the bathrooms are in perfect condition. The pool and the large garden gave us great pleasure. We had a great time and would come back anytime.“

„Heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit leuke Italiaanse huis. Fantastisch zwembad. Meer dan genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Pietro komt elke dag even langs voor het zwembad en een praatje. Hij is heel behulpzaam en vrijgevig. We hebben heerlijke honing gekregen van zijn eigen bijen en zelfgemaakte wijn! Elke dag, zo halverwege de middag, begon het waaien en koelde het lekker af. Dus het perfecte moment om alle ramen open te zetten. Geen airco nodig. (Wij hadden 2 weken ruim 30 graden!) We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely Italian house. Fantastic pool. More than enough space for everyone. Pietro comes by every day to visit the pool and chat. He's very helpful and generous. We received delicious honey from his own bees and homemade wine! Every day, around mid-afternoon, the wind started blowing and it cooled down nicely. So it was the perfect time to open all the windows. No air conditioning needed. (We had over 30 degrees Celsius for two weeks!)“

„Il Villaggiolo is an outstanding villa. It is perfectly equipped and well suited for large families. The property is divided into three separate sections so retains its privacy. The huge private gardens and pool are beautiful. There are plenty of tables and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining. The views from the villa are breathtaking, surrounded by fields of sunflowers. The villa owner Pietro and his family are so friendly, kind and helpful. Although they do not live on-site Pietro attended most days to either clean the pool, empty outdoor bins or tend to his bees from his nearby hives. He was accessible without being overbearing. The villa's location is quite remote, being about 10 to 15 minutes drive from the nearest large town. However, a small supermarket and patisserie are within a five minutes drive. Like many Tuscan properties the villa does not have any air-conditioning, however there are plenty of fans in the property. A private winding driveway leads from the main road to the villa. Take care when entering the long driveway as the entrance way is narrow and located between a culvet. The biggest compliment we can give is that we would love to return to the villa and would recommend it unreservedly.“

„Perfekte Location für große Gruppen/Familien. Abgelegen und sehr gut aufgeteilt kommt man von hier aus gut in sämtliche Touristenstädte. Daneben sind die umliegenden Ortschaften auch einen Besuch wert. Im Pool kan. man so oft man will Abkühlung genießen und Spaß haben. Urlaub für Alle! Perfect location for large groups/families. Secluded and very well-spaced, it's easy to get to all the tourist towns from here. The surrounding villages are also worth a visit. You can cool off and have fun in the pool as often as you like. A vacation for everyone!“

„Surrounded by sunflower fields, this villa is in a great location (about 10 mins off motorway) making sights of Tuscany readily accessible. About 5 minute drive into Cesa or 10 into Foiana both of which have bakeries, shops, restaurants. Many thanks to Bernardino and family for looking after us.“

„Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man erreicht es über einen Kiesweg. Alles wurde uns sehr sauber von den Besitzern übergeben. Auch der Pool ist traumhaft und es sind genügend Liegen vorhanden. Pietro und seine Frau sind wunderbare Gastgeber die sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert haben. Als, zum Beispiel, ein Ventilator nicht mehr funktionierte organisierte er innerhalb von einer halben Stunde einen neuen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. The house is very quiet, you can reach it via a gravel road. Everything was handed over to us very clean by the owners. The pool is fantastic and there are enough pool chairs available. Pietro and his wife are wonderful hosts who took very good care of us. When, for example, a fan stopped working, he organized a new one within half an hour. We were 4 adults and 3 children and would come back anytime.“

„Wat een geweldig huis en wat een prachtige huiseigenaar! De 78-jarige Pietro kwam iedere dag het zwembad inspecteren en maakt graag een praatje met de gasten. Het huis ligt helemaal vrij tussen de velden met zonnebloemen. We hebben genoten!“

„The house was large and comfortable, the location was amazing. The pool was also great. The beds were dated and uncomfortable, and the house was not really very clean. The owners were approachable and addressed our requests kindly.“
