Unterer Stock: Doppelzimmer, Zweibettzimmer (die Betten können auf Anfrage zusammen gestellt werden) Bad mit Dusche, Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.
Alle Zimmer (mit Ausnahme von den Bäder) haben Zugang nach draußen.

„Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den abgebildeten Fotos. Unkomplizierte und verlässliche Buchungsabläufe. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Eigentümer. Traumhafte Ausblicke durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohn-/Esszimmer. Moderne Badezimmer im Untergeschoss. Sehr großer Pool mit schönen Liegen und blühendem Garten umgeben. Oliven- und Feigenbäume sowie Weinreben direkt zum Greifen nah rund um das Haus. Ausflüge nach Lucca, Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano, ins Chiantigebiet und ans Meer alle in ca. 1 Stunde gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese schöne Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter. The property is exactly so as shown in the pictures. Uncomplicated and reliable booking procedures. Very nice and accommodating owner. Fantastic views through the large panoramic windows in the living / dining room. Modern bathroom on the ground floor. Very large pool with comfortable beach chairs and surrounded by blooming garden. Olive and fig trees as well as grape vines directly to grasp around the house. Excursions to Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, the Chianti area and the seaside all in about 1 hour by car. We felt very comfortable and recommend this nice accommodation very gladly.“
