Wichtig: Villa Ardene besteht aus zwei separaten Gebäuden, nicht miteinander verbunden, jeder bietet mehrere Wohnungen und Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Ein gemeinschaftliches Esszimmer mit Küche ist vorhanden, nur von außen zugänglich und nicht mit dem Rest des Hauses von innen verbunden.
Es gibt außerdem in einer unteren Etage einen gemeinsamen Wohnbereich mit Sofas, Kamin und TV; auch dieser Raum ist separat, nur von außen zugänglich und kommuniziert nicht von innen mit dem Rest der Eigenschaft.
Die Eigentümer können bis zu 5 zusätzlichen Einzelbetten zur Verfügung stellen (im Preis inbegriffen).
Das gemeinschaftliches Esszimmer verfügt über eine Toilette (mit WC und Waschbecken).
Das Einzelzimmer und das Schlafzimmer mit Bad 4 teilen das gleiche Badezimmer. Dieses Badezimmer hat 2 Türen und kann von jedem Schlafzimmer aus zugegriffen werden.

The location was very important to us as it is a very short drive (or uphill walk) into the lovely town of Montepulciano. Bendetta hosted a wonderful Rehersal Dinner for 30 people & it was the best food we had in Tuscany! The pool was amazing with a beautiful view of town. We would reccomend 100x over! THANK YOU!“
„Beautiful place to stay! Had an excellent meal (vegetarian and gluten free) made by Benedetta. Any questions were answered right away. Staff didn’t speak English but was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were just like pictures but the views of Montepulchiano at night were breathtaking. Made me want to move there!“
„We had the privilege of staying at Agriturismo Ardene for two weeks in May and loved it! The first week we were 11 and the second week 13 people. Benedetta, Daniella, Giovanni, and the rest of the staff took super care of us. They cooked two meals for us each week and hosted a cooking class for us. All of it outstanding! The property sits below Montepulciano and there is a gorgeous view of the old town from the lawn. The rooms are all nice and have ensuite facilities. The kitchen and dinning area are also very nice and we cooked our own breakfasts and an evening meal. All of our guests enjoyed it very much and complimented us on finding such a nice place to stay. We even used the pool some the second weeks temps got a little warmer!“
