„We were a big group and spend a really nice time in this house. It is really calm out there and you have an amazing outlook on Firenze as well as on beautiful sunsets. The pictures speak for themselves. The owner was really polite and helped us with every question. He came by the house every second day to clean the pool. Only the road leading to the house was really difficult for normal cars and should have been mentioned beforehand.“

La terrasse du 1er étage est particulièrement agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner et l'apéritif, elle donne sur une vue panoramique des vignobles avec Florence en fond. Idéalement située à environ 30 min de Florence, nous avons pu bénéficier d'une température plus clémente à San Polo in Chianti qu'à Florence. Le propriétaire est charmant et passe tous les 3 jours pour l'entretien de la piscine. Il nous a recommandé des adresses de restaurant locales fréquentées majoritairement par des italiens. Seule la route pour accéder à la villa est difficile et non adaptée aux voitures basses, c'est le prix à payer de la tranquillité! We spent 2 very pleasant weeks in this rental. The house and its swimming pool are conform to the description and photos. The 1st floor terrace is particularly pleasant for breakfast and aperitif, with a panoramic view of the vineyards with Florence in the background. Ideally located about 30 minutes from Florence, we enjoyed a milder temperature in San Polo in Chianti than in Florence. The owner is charming and spends every 3 days for the maintenance of the pool. He recommended local restaurant addresses frequented mostly by Italians. Only the road to access the villa is difficult and not suitable for low cars, it is the price to pay for tranquility!“
