„Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, Anreisebescheibung, Schlüsselübergabe, sowie Check-in und out reibungslos abgelaufen. Das Ferienhaus an sich modern eingerichtet. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten, Bad, voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohnbereich mit Sat- TV, DVD Player und Audio Anlage. Schnelles und stabiles WLAN ebenso kostenfrei verfügbar. Schöne Terasse im Grünen mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten, Pool, und auch ein Grill mit Pizzaofen. PKW Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden, abgesichert durch ein elektrisches Tor, das über eine Fernbedienung geöffnet wird. Sehr angenehm. Kleine Kritikpunkte: Lediglich 1 deutsches TV Programm (ZDF) vorhanden, abends, bei schlechtem Wetter oder bei Urlaub mit Kindern nicht optimal. DVD Player noch kein Blue Ray fähiges Gerät. Dazu empfinde ich eine Endreinigung in Höhe von 60.-€ im Verhältnis zum doch recht hohen Mietpreis unangebracht, da besonders in der Küche (Backofen, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle) von uns nachgereinigt wurde. Ebenfalls fehlt im Wohnzimmer eine zweite bequeme Sitzgelegenheit am Abend. Zwar sind ein zweier Sofa, sowie ein Sessel vorhanden, diese sind aber nicht besonders bequem, eine zweite Couch wäre hier ratsam. Platz ist vorhanden. Daher das eine Häuschen Abzug. Zur Lage: Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Alleinlage, angefahren über einen Schotterweg am Ortseingang in Asciano. Das Zentrum der Kleinstadt erreicht man zu Fuß nur, wenn man entlang der Straße geht, die teilweise ohne Bürgersteig ist. Nicht sehr angenehm. Daher empfehlen wir einen kurzem Umweg durch das Wohngebiet zu gehen, wenn man zu Fuß in die Stadt möchte. Very friendly and helpful landlord, driving instructions, key collection, as well as check-in and out very smooth. The holiday home is modern in style. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living area with satellite TV, DVD player and audio system. Fast and stable Wi-Fi also available for free. Beautiful terrace in the countryside with additional seating in the garden, pool, and also a barbecue with pizza oven. Car parking space directly in front of the house, secured by an electric gate, which is opened via a remote control. Very pleasant. Small criticisms: Only 1 German TV program (ZDF) available, in the evening, in bad weather or on vacation with children not optimal. DVD player still no Blue Ray enabled device. In addition I feel a final cleaning in the amount of 60.- € in relation to the quite high rental price inappropriate, since especially in the kitchen (oven, toaster, fridge, microwave) was cleaned by us. Also missing in the living room a second comfortable seating in the evening. Although a sofa for 2, and a chair are available, but these are not very comfortable, a second couch would be advisable. There is space. Hence the one star deduction. The location: The house is located in a quiet secluded location, approached by a gravel road at the entrance to Asciano. The center of the small town can be reached on foot only if you walk along the road that is partly without sidewalk. Not very pleasant. Therefore, we recommend a short detour through the residential area if you want to walk to the city.“

„Lovely place hosted by a very friendly family - beautiful pool and grounds. Good for either exploring the area or just relaxing by the pool. Only downside was lack of aircon, but the villa stayed pretty cool and they provided fans, which meant it wasn't a problem. Would definitely recommend.“

„Wonderfull appartement with lots of things to do in the area around it for our children (3+9 years): Basket ball, table tennis, trampoline, swing, slide and of course the nice and big pool with springboard. Very clean house and full equiped kitchen with dish washer and also a washing machine is available. Starting in Asciano you can reach by car Pisa (2,5h), San Marino (3h), Florenz (90min), Siena (45min), Saturnia thermal bath (2h) and even Rome by train (1h) from Chiusi train station (45min from appartement by car). The hosts are very friendly and kind as well as helpfull.“

„Für uns (2 Erw., 2 Teens) war es eine perfekte Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung im Haus enthielt alles was wir benötigten und ließ für uns keinen Wunsch offen. Alles war in einem guten und sauberen Zustand. Der Pool war gut und die Bäume spendenden Schatten luden sehr zum Verweilen auf den Liegen ein. Das Gästehaus steht neben dem Haupthaus in dem die Großmutter sowie 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern wohnen. Für uns war das passend und der abendliche Schnack, während die Kinder im großzügigen Garten unterwegs waren, war eine willkommene Abwechslung. Wir wurden liebevoll und zuvorkommend von der Gastfamilie empfangen und verabschiedet. Da wir die Fahrräder dabei hatten, war die Entfernung von wenigen 100m zum Zentrum kein Problem für uns. Preis/Leistung hat für uns gestimmt und entsprechend können wir die Unterkunft gerne empfehlen. For us (2 adults, 2 teens) it was a perfect place to stay. The equipment in the house contained everything we needed and left nothing to be desired. Everything was in a good and clean condition. The pool was good and the trees giving shade invited to linger on the beach chairs. The guest house is next to the main house, where the grandmother and 2 families with 2 children live. It was suitable for us and the evening chatter, while the children were playing in the spacious garden was a welcome change. We were received lovingly and courteous by the host family. Since we had the bikes, the distance of a few 100 metres to the centre was not a problem for us. Price/performance was right for us and accordingly we can recommend the property.“

„We had a great week at Pieve di Sant'Ippolito, it's a splendid and quiet location, the huge pool and outdoor area are really fantastic. We enjoyed the lovely garden with plenty of sun loungers and shady corners There were plenty of options for where to sit and enjoy eating outside depending on the time of day. We also appreciated the pleasant rooms and the comfortable equipment. The kitchen has everything you need, big fridge to chill the delicious Italian wines and a dishwasher to keep everything clean and tidy. The owners were very helpful, they immediately installed an extra sunscreen when we asked for more shade on our terrace. The house is ideally located, 3 minutes by car from the supermarket, restaurants and other shops are also close by in the town of Asciano. We are definitely looking to stay there again!“
