„Villa Margharita with its surroundings are amazing. It is comfortably equipped and people find everything they need for vacation there. The large pool with sun beds provides a pleasant place to relax, from which there is an incredible view of beautiful hills around, breathtaking views of the landscape and the sunset. But also it is the Pareti family, living in the close villa, who gives the place it's charm beauty. They all are very helpful, generous and really nice. They make you feel welcomed in their restaurant, where you can taste so delicious Italian dinner - I so recommend it. There was no problem with anything even though their communication was from 99% in Italian, but at least one learns some new Italian words :) For sure, we'll come back again.“

„Casa molto bella, un po'scricchiolante il piano superiore, la vista dalla piscina è uno spettacolo, il giardino è in sicurezza... Un po'più di informazioni magari, anche solo che passa il signore del pane 3 volte a settimana, cmq regna la pace e il silenzio...molta privacy... Una pecca, ho portato due gatti, uno molto piccolo, per 2 settimane 200€ un po' caro...la piscina è molto alta, perciò per i bimbi molto piccoli non va bene... Per tutto il resto... meraviglioso Very nice house, a little creaking on the upper floor, the view from the pool is a spectacle, the garden is safe... A little more information maybe, even only that the bread van passes 3 times a week, however peace and silence reigns... a lot of privacy... A flaw, I brought two cats, one very small, for 2 weeks the extra was 200 € which is a bit expensive... the pool is very high, so for very small children not good... For everything else... wonderful“

„Having stayed in the villa in October I would suggest you take warm clothing with you as the property is situated high up in the hills where the temperature drops quite low in the evening. There is a wood burning fire which heats the radiators and once up to heat the house becomes quite cosy. I think as one previous reviewer put it quite succinctly, to just do a weeks shopping and hide away for the rest of the time. I say this as although it’s only approx 13km from Cortona, it takes about 30 mins to get there as the road has a lot of bends. The villa itself has all the amenities and Margherita was a wonderful host albeit our communication was somewhat limited as our Italian is not great and she doesn’t speak much English. The countryside was quite stunning different from other parts of Tuscany, being more rugged. Finally I have to say that the food was quite delicious in each of the restaurants we visited, would well recommend if you’re a foody.“
