Auf dem 2.500 qm großen Grundstück der Villa La Ginestra wird v.a. Wein angebaut. Daneben finden sich Obst- und Olivenbäume. Das Ferienhaus umfasst das Haupthaus Casa Rossa für bis zu 5 Personen und eine zusätzlich anmietbare Dependance für bis zu 3 Personen.
FERIENHAUS MIT CHARME FÜR BIS ZU 8 PERSONEN
HAUPTHAUS CASA ROSSA - Casa Rossa hat im Erdgeschoss ein in Massivholz gehaltenes Esszimmer mit Wohn- und Leseecke und ein separates, rustikales Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Daneben finden sich ein Bad, eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Küche und ein kleiner Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine.
In der 1. Etage befinden sich ein Doppelzimmer und ein offener Schlafbereich mit drei Einzelbetten, die jeweils Zugang zum großen Meerblick-Balkon bieten, sowie ein weiteres Bad. Vom Balkon erreichen Sie die Sonnen-Dachterrasse mit einzigartigem Meerblick.
DEPENDANCE – Die eingeschossige Dependance, die nicht allein, sondern nur zusätzlich angemietet werden kann, ist durch Rattanmöbel geprägt. Sie hat eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit Kamin, 2 Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett; Einzelbett) und ein Bad (Dusche/WC).
AUSSENBEREICH – Im Außenbereich gibt es viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Ob im Schatten der Pergola vor dem gemauerten Pizzaofen, auf dem Meerblick-Balkon oder unter Olivenbäumen - hier finden Sie Entspannung und können Ihre Seele baumeln lassen.
Ihr Fahrzeug können Sie auf dem umzäunten Gelände parken.
WEITERE INFORMATIONEN
Das Meer ist ca. 4,5 km entfernt, den langen Sandstrand Saline erreichen Sie nach knapp 10 Fahrminuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants finden Sie im etwa 3 km entfernten Pisciotta.
Von Pietralata, einem "Sackgassenort" ohne Durchgangsverkehr, führen Wanderwege z.B. zum Monte Castellucio und zum mittelalterlichen Bergort Rodio.

Villa La Ginestra is located on a 2,500 m² property, on which mainly wine is grown, but there are fruit and olive trees as well. The holiday home includes the main house Casa Rossa for up to 5 persons and a dependance for up to 3 persons. The latter can be rented only in addition to the main house.
HOLIDAY HOME WITH CHARM FOR UP TO 8 PERSONS
CASA ROSSA (main house) – Casa Rossa's ground floor includes a dining room with solid wooden dining furniture, a sofa to relax on and TV as well as a rustic-style living room with fireplace. A tastefully furnished kitchen (incl. dishwasher), a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) and a small utility room with washing machine are also found on the ground floor.
A double bedroom and an open sleeping area with three single beds, both with access of the large sea-view balcony, as well as another bathroom (shower/WC) are found on the 1st floor. The sunny roof terrace with unique sea view is accessible from the balcony.
At the holiday home you have got free WiFi access. A children's bed can be provided.
DEPENDANCE – The additional, single-story accommodation unit is laid out for 3 persons. It is has a cozy kitchen-dining-living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms (double bed; single bed) and a bathroom (shower/WC).
OUTDOOR AREA – Various seating accommodations are found in the outdoor area. Be it in the shade of the pergola in front of the masonry pizza oven, under the olive trees or on the sea-view balcony - there are many spots where you can relax and unwind.
Parking is available on the fenced premises.

Villa La Ginestra is ca. 4.5 km from the sea; it takes you about 10 min. by car to get to long, sandy Saline beach. Shopping facilities and restaurants are found at Pisciotta, about 3 km from the holiday home.
