„Grote woning, ruime kamers (enkel de badkamers zijn uitgerust met een kleine douchecabine), groot en goede onderhouden zwembad (werd elke ochtend schoongemaakt). Alles was heel proper. Ruim voldoende bestek, borden, glazen. Alle voorzieningen voor kleine kinderen incl omheind zwembad. Ook volleybalnet en pingpongtafel aanwezig. Warm onthaal ze doen echt moeite om je wegwijs te maken. Mooie streek. Heel dichtbij het stadje dus gemakkelijk om naar de bakker of supermarkt te gaan of lekker te gaan eten. We komen zeker terug!“

Abbiamo trascorso giornate rilassanti in piscina o all'ombra del gazebo o degli ombrelloni godendo dello spettacolo gratuito di una famiglia di rondini che senza paura venivano ad abbeverarsi. Gli interni molto curati e originali. Il proprietario sig. Guido sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Se cercate pace e tranquillità, questo è il posto ideale. Grazie di averci ospitati. We spent relaxing days by the pool or in the shade of the gazebo or umbrellas, enjoying the free spectacle of a family of swallows fearlessly coming to drink. The interiors were meticulously maintained and original. The owner, Mr. Guido, was always available and extremely kind. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. „Wir (8 Personen mit 2 Hunden) waren im August 2023 für 3 Wochen im Haus Collina. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder entsprechen genau dem Haus im typisch toskanischen Stil. Der Pool und das große, gepflegte Grundstück sind ein Traum. Guido, der Hausbesitzer hat sich morgens sehr diskret um die Reinigung des Pools gekümmert. Mit seiner liebenswerten und fröhlichen Art, war er uns bei sämtlichen Fragen behilflich und hat unseren Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Vielen, vielen Dank nochmals! Wir wären nächste Jahr sehr gerne wiedergekommen, leider war der Zeitraum schon belegt. (dafür übernächstes Jahr:-)) Villa Collina können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. The description and the pictures correspond exactly to the house in the typical Tuscan style. The pool and the large, well-kept property are a dream. Guido, the homeowner, very discreetly took care of cleaning the pool in the morning. With his lovable and cheerful manner, he helped us with all our questions and made our vacation something special. „Everything was excellent, the house, the wiew and the garden whith the pool. It was very nice and clean, and the housekeeper was very helpfull and kind. The location is tranquil, and yet it is only a walking distance to the town with shops and restaurants. We recommend it warmly.“

„Een erg mooi huis met een prachtig uitzicht. Grote slaapkamers, een grote woonkeuken en een mooie woonkamer. Er is ruimte om buiten te zonnen bij het zwembad maar je kunt ook heerlijk vertoeven in de schaduw onder de grote boom. Borgo San Lorenzo is een leuk plaatsje met op dinsdag een grote markt, veel kleine zaakjes, maar ook grote supermarkten. Vanaf het treinstation ben je in 40 minuten in het centrum van Florence. De eigenaar van het huis Guido is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en is eenvoudig te raadplegen via WhatsApp. We hebben hier een mooie vakantie gehad! A very nice house with a beautiful view. Large bedrooms, a large kitchen and a beautiful living room. There is room to sunbathe outside by the pool, but you can also relax in the shade under the large tree. Borgo San Lorenzo is a nice town with a large market on Tuesdays, many small shops, but also large supermarkets. From the train station you can reach the center of Florence in 40 minutes. The owner of the house Guido is very friendly and helpful and can easily be contacted via WhatsApp. We had a wonderful holiday here!“

„We chose this villa due to the facilities for disabled travellers and it worked well for someone in a wheelchair. The ground floor is level with a roll in shower. The property is spacious with plenty of room to manoeuvre equipment. I struggled pushing the wheelchair over the gravel to take my husband to the pool - a flat path to the pool would be useful. The area is beautiful and the views from the pool are lovely.“

The interior of Villa is great, large space and a lot of places to rest or do activities, but the garden with swimming pool is the amazing of the villa, really well mantained and ready for barbecue, volleyball, ping-pong, or just relax. A big plus is Guido, the owner, an amazing guy ready to solve all of your issue during, guiding you to the most valuable local attractions (being food or just hiking path) and taking care of the villa and guests needs with an admirable passion.“
