„We stayed for 2 weeks in February. on arrival the sat nav takes you to the owners mothers house next door, you need to look for the long white fence by the road with a very small sign "Gite de France". this is the entrance to the gites. The gite was lovely, large open space with 2 good size double bedrooms. There is also a mezzanine which can be used for childrens play area or extra sleeping. very modern interior, only one small sofa which we thought was difficult if more than 2 people staying, could do with 2 sofa's. The kitchen is a good space, but the owner did not leave any washing up soap, and the hand soap was empty, the sponge was dirty, so our first trip to carrefour was to replace those items. we were staying for two weeks, but we were only given 1 towel each? This seems a bit limited. Having said all of this, I would definitely stay here again, and would still recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet space only 10 minutes from Brantome centre and the carrefour shopping. The owners mum did allow us to use their washing machine when I asked, and also gave me 2 more towels when I asked.“
