„There were a few items not working around the house i. e lightbulbs etc and a few items could be updated in the kitchen. Otherwise very nice“

„Overall we were very happy with the accomodation and facilities. The owners and cleaning lady were amenable to our requests regarding some maintenance issues which were promptly fixed. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Internet was only available downstairs and was quite patchy even there. - Some minor items that we found missing included a cutting board, mugs for large coffees and a lighter for the cooktop. It would have been nice to have some more kitchen basics such as milk, sugar, tea and coffee on our arrival. - We also had some cold evenings and there was no area downstairs where the twelve of us could gather, eat and stay warm But overall we were happy with our rooms. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were of a good size and the air conditioning worked well upstairs“

„Abbiamo trascorso la settimana di ferragosto con amici presso la Villa Camaiore. La Villa e le sue pertinenze sono incantevoli, un'atmosfera settecentesca con dettagli moderni. I giardini, l'orto e la limonaia bellissimi. Ogni stanza curata nei dettagli e dotata di proprio bagno e salotto. La piscina perfetta. La parte più bella della casa è la magnifica terrazza dove si svolge la vita quotidiana e dove abbiamo fatto colazione, pranzo e cena. Credo che in tutto la Versilia non vi sia una terrazza con un panorama così mozzafiato, che dalle colline arriva fino al mare. I proprietari sono due persone assolutamente gentili e disponibili, che ci hanno offerto tutta la collaborazione possibile. Un posto magico. We spent this week in August friends at the Villa Camaiore. The Villa and its outbuildings are enchanting, an eighteenth-century atmosphere with modern details. The gardens, the vegetable garden and the lemon house are beautiful. Each room with attention to detail and equipped with its own bathroom and lounge. The perfect pool. The most beautiful part of the house is the magnificent terrace where daily life takes place and where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. I believe that in all of Versilia there is not a terrace with such a breathtaking view, which reaches from the hills to the sea. The owners are two absolutely kind and helpful people, who have offered us all possible collaboration. A magical place.“

„Do you want to stay in a castle? That’s what this magnificent villa feels like. Yes it’s old and sometimes quirky but we absolutely loved it. On Sunday morning I prayed in the chapel before making myself an expresso and enjoying it outside with the most amazing views - all the way to the sea! Other than the pool, this was our favorite and most used space! A huge thanks to Giulia and Alphonso that first day, until we got our rental cars. TIP - don’t count on Uber - and even taxis are scarce. As we celebrated our 50th anniversary with our 3 children and all of our grandkids, we made memories to last a lifetime!“
