"L'Appart" ist ein charmantes Ferienhaus von 69 m² für 4 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmern.
Es befindet sich im 3. Stock (ohne Aufzug) eines Gebäudes aus dem 18. Jahrhundert im Zentrum von Compiègne und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Rathaus, das Fremdenverkehrsbüro und den Blumenplatz.
Es besteht aus einer ausgestatteten Küche (Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeepad- und Filterkaffeemaschine, Backofen, Herd usw.), einem Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, TV und angeschlossenem Lautsprecher sowie einer Bibliothek. Sie haben 2 Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen (ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 verstellbaren 80x200 cm Betten und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 160x190 cm Bett). Ein Badezimmer (Dusche + Badewanne) mit Doppelwaschbecken und separatem WC.
Zum Parken hat Pascale einen Parkplatz für Sie reserviert, der sich 2 Schritte entfernt befindet.

„We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in Compiegne over Easter. L'Appart is a stylish, comfortable apartment in a lively town centre location. Bakeries and grocery stores (including Monoprix and Franprix) are just steps away from the front door and there is a full size Auchan supermarket 15 minutes' walk away. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance - we would happily recommend La Brasserie Parisienne and Soprano, both just round the corner. Madame Laurent had arranged parking in a nearby secure car park which was very convenient. So comfortable is the apartment that we were content to stay home and read (or simply enjoy the view down the rue Solferino and over the river to the wooded plateau above the town). In fact, we took the car out only twice in the 10 days that we were there, to Chateau de Pierrefonds (a medieval castle rebuilt in the 19th century by Viollet-le-Duc) and to Saint Jean aux Bois (a pretty village with a lovely small arboretum). The gardens of the Imperial Chateau and the Compiegne Forest are just 10 minutes' walk from the gite in one direction and the River Oise 5 minutes' walk in the other, so there are plenty of strolling, walking and hiking opportunities. Our other visit out of town was a 10 mile hike on easy trails through the forest to the Armistice Memorial and back.“
„L’appartement est au coeur du centre-ville de Compiègne avec une très belle ambiance de Noël. Vue sur un petit marché de Noël avec ses chalets ainsi que sur l’hôtel de ville tout illuminé. Nous sommes en accord avec les précédents commentaires positifs concernant l’appartement. Il faisait très froid à notre arrivée, tout près de zéro degré. Il faut comprendre que vous n’avez pas de contrôle sur le chauffage de l’appartement malgré le fait qu’on nous avait expliqué avoir le contrôle total pour les chambres. La propriétaire utilise une application qui lui donne la température de l’appartement mais selon nous il y a une différence avec le ressenti réel dans l’appartement. Le chauffage s’est amélioré en cours de séjour suite à des échanges avec la propriétaire. Les bruits nocturnes peuvent s’étirer tard dans la nuit le vendredi et le samedi.“

„L’appartement situé au 3ème étage (sans ascenseur mais c’est vraiment gérable), a une superbe vue sur la Place de l’hôtel de ville et est donc central pour les promenades et achats dans Compiègne où l’on trouve de tout. Literie super confortable et appartement d’une propreté impeccable, très joliment meublé (tout confort - machine à laver et séchoir sont un plus). La propriétaire est d’une extrême gentillesse. Bref, nous avons passé une super semaine (plein de choses à visiter dans les environs: Châteaux, parcs…). L’appart est parfait!“
