„The gite, situated on the very edge of a large commercial area of the town, is located within a courtyard, overlooking some store sheds opposite, (one housing a tractor) but there is very little activity there and so it is quiet. You are required to park at the back of the property, which is accessed from a side road and you can then enter the house via the back door. The gite has an outside area with a high fence, where there is a table and chairs and sunbeds. It can be sunny there. Behind the fence is a small field and a view to some residential houses. The gite is very clean and practical. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything for those who want to cook their meals, and the downstairs WC is very useful. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage on the landing outside the bedrooms. The bathroom is a good size, and there is a powerful shower with plenty of very hot water! It is all impeccably clean and well decorated. Due to the location of the gite, a car is essential to go to the centre of Dinard, with all its restaurants and shops as well as the attractive sea front and promenade walks. The Clair de Lune walk is very pretty with wonderful plants and trees and attractive villas. We parked in residential roads just up from the sea front. Within a short drive of the gite there are several supermarkets, and a visit to the lovely market in Dinard is a must! There are a number of smaller resorts to visit, all of which are charming. The owners are happy to tell you about the area should you wish to explore, and they have ensured the house will meet your needs. The Wi Fi signal was very reliable. Though the TV signal was intermittent, we did manage at times to pick up a few English channels which was a plus as we had not expected that. The photographs represent the property interior very well. We know France very well indeed, and Dinard does not disappoint.“
