„La nostra vacanza alle Capanne è stata favolosa e confortevole. Le foto sul sito non rendono giustizia, perché è molto più bella e funzionale di quello che si mostra. È circondata da un giardino stupendo, curatissimo e super recintato assolutamente ideale per chi ha bambini. Si gode di una meravigliosa vista al tramonto sulla campagna toscana. Attorno c’è pace e silenzio; è sulla sommità di una collina dove si può godere del canto degli uccellini la mattina e dei grilli alla sera. Abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte in tranquillità, perché ci sono le zanzariere e la zona è sicura. La piscina viene pulita un giorno si e un giorno no dai proprietari, che arrivano e in Maniera molta discreta fanno la manutenzione. Ci sono sdraio, lettini, ombrelloni a volontà e doccia calda accanto. Attorno un giardino recintato con lavanda e splendida vista sull’uliveto. La piscina degrada offrendo una zona alta e una bassa, offrendo protezione ai bambini e consentire anche agli adulti di tuffarsi e nuotare. La casa ha tutte le comodità e tutto ció che serve e i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili per tutto. Vivere nella casa è piacevole perché curata nei dettagli. La casa si trova in una zona a brevissima distanza dal centro con tutte le comodità in un contesto spettacolare Che consente di raggiungere in tempo brevissimo tutte le principali attrazioni della zona.“

„Groot huis met zwembad waarvoor je slechts een paadje over hoeft te steken. Eigenaren hebben het huis recent voorzien van airco op de bovenste 2 slaapkamers. Wat zeer welkom was! Keuken voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt om heerlijk te kunnen koken en bakken. Eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en zeer gastvrij. Ligt wat afgelegen.“

„Wir haben eine Woche als Familie mit 2 Teenagern verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Großzügige Ferienwohnung, mit sehr viel Küchenausstattung und tollem Pool, der vom Vermieter sehr gepflegt wird. Grosser, wunderbar angelegter Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, Tischtennisplatte, Hängematte. Die Lage ist sehr schön mitten in Olivenbäumen mit Blick auf die Landschaft. Wir haben auch Ausflüge in die südliche Toskana unternommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. We spent a week as a family with 2 teenagers and felt very comfortable. Spacious holiday apartment, with lots of kitchen equipment and a great pool, which is very well looked after by the landlord. Large, beautifully landscaped garden with lots of seating, table tennis table, hammock. The location is very beautiful in the middle of olive trees with a view of the landscape. We also went on trips to southern Tuscany. The landlords are very nice and helpful.“

„PERFEKT - ein absolut perfekter Urlaub. Wir waren im Mai 2025 im Podere Capanne und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter ist sehr herzlich - man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Alessandro - der Hausherr - spricht perfekt englisch, somit ist die Verständigung kein Problem gewesen. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist für 6 Personen mehr als ausreichend. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden - Gasherd, Backrohr, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, und alle möglichen Kochutensilien und Töpfe/Pfannen. Im Garten gibt es einen Griller - Holz vorhanden! Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder sowie eine 3. Dusche im Wäscheraum. Der Tischtennistisch ist im Garten windgeschützt aufgebaut. Der Poolbereich ist durch eine sehr selten befahrene Privatstraße vom Garten getrennt und komplett eingezäunt. Das Gartengrundstück ist auch komplett eingezäunt. Der Supermarkt in Sinalunga (LIDL und COOP) ist ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Restauranttipp in der Nähe mit max. 15 Minuten Fahrzeit Scroccazucche in Sinalunga und Osteria le Botti in Lucignano. Ihr solltet unbedingt reservieren da beide Lokale bei den Einheimischen sehr beliebt und oft voll besetzt sind. Wir haben den Aufenthalt für Ausflüge in die Region genutzt. Florenz 1,5 Std. Siena 45 Min. San Gimignano ca. 1,5 Std. Montalcino 45 Min. Arezzo 45 Min. Ciao Christian & Andrea“
