„We rented this house in Épernay for a weekend with friends, and overall it was a very positive experience. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, bright, and? ? fully equipped with every comfort. It is also very modern and technologically advanced, making it perfect for large groups. The large garden is a great bonus, ideal for enjoying outdoor moments on sunny days. The location is excellent: Just a short walk from the city center, Avenue de Champagne, supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants. Everything is easily accessible on foot. A special thanks to the owner, David, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. However, I cannot give a full 5 out of 5 stars for two reasons. First, the front door locking system is fully automated and unfortunately got stuck, causing us to lose over an hour trying to fix it. In the end, the solution was simply to use a standard key. In this case, a more traditional system would have been much more practical. Secondly, the attic bedrooms lack air conditioning and only have fans. Even though the weather was relatively mild, the rooms were quite hot. In addition, the large roof windows have no blackout blinds, so the morning light comes in very early, making it difficult to get proper rest. Overall, it was still a very enjoyable stay that I would recommend, with just a few improvements needed“

„Notre séjour a été merveilleux ! La maison est un petit coin de paradis, idéalement située en plein centre-ville. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants, serviables et toujours réactifs. Nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour et gardons un excellent souvenir de cette expérience.“

„This is a lovely place in an easily walkable location. The host is charming and met us at the apartment and walked us through it. The apartment has unusual features such as a glass floor that opens to reveal steps to the sauna. It is also directly across from the train station. The neighborhood isn't beautiful, but it is a very short walk to anything you'd want to do. We'll appointed. The only drawback is that the toilet is downstairs from the bedrooms, but there are 2 toilets. Another plus. Thanks, David!“
