Gesamtnutzfläche: 70 m² Dachgeschossteile inklusive. Private Terrasse, gemeinsamer Innenhof. Sanft abfallendes Gelände.

„Séjour très agréable dans un chalet très cosy où il fait bon vivre même les jours de pluie! Au calme, avec une belle vue mais quand même assez proche des commerces et bien placé pour randonner aux alentours. Les propriétaires sont voisins mais très discrets et Sonia vous accueille toujours avec le sourire.“

„We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely wooden mountain house. The hostess warmly welcomed us and gave us some great tips about the local facilities and things to do during our stay. We were there in the middle of summer with our kids of 6 and 8 years old. The comfortable house itself was mainly used for cooking and sleeping as the weather was great so most of the time we sat outside, enjoying the great views of the mountains around us with the beautiful snowy tops of the Mont Blanc as the biggest bonus. It's a nicely remote area where you can hear the sound of cow bells and buzzards flying over. The kids had a great time playing around the house, feeding the chickens and exploring the area. There a hiking trails all over the place which can be reached by car or ski lift and there multiple lakes close by for a refreshing swim. The closest lake also has a floating obstacle run and tree climbing trails. A good bakery and super market are a short drive down thew mountain and cities like Annecy and Chamonix are about an hour driving away. We highly recommend this place.“
