Vermietung im Obergeschoss: ein Eingang, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei 90 x 200 cm großen Betten, die in ein Doppelbett umgewandelt werden können, ein Wohnzimmer mit einer kleinen Küche und einem Ruhebereich, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 160 x 200 cm großen Bett, ein Duschbad und ein separates WC. Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive. Elektrische Heizung durch Wärmepumpe und Erdwärme im Preis inbegriffen. Privater Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

„Un très bel endroit, où passer des vacances agréables et au calme. Les propriétaires sont discrets et très sympathiques, la literie est bonne et la rénovation a été faite avec goût. Si vous avez des enfants, la pièce de vie est un peu petite, mais suffisante pour les cours séjours.“

„Enjoyed a week in the gites. Rooms and bathroom are big and comfortable. Living room is rather small for a family of 4 persons. We had not the nicest weather but the swimming pool is warmed so comfortable to swim even if it's not so warm. Pleasant region to explore (Bécherel, St. -Malo, Combourg, Dinan, 11 écluses d'Hédé-Bazouges,...).“
„The owner was very helpful, they provided outdoor furniture and a BBQ Although the weather was a little too cold to share the pool, the invitation was given. The property was easy to find with clear instruction. it is 2km from a local bread shop. The two bedrooms were a lovely large size, with space for clothes. the living area was well laid out and is an open space with kitchen and living area. The house is well situated for exploring the coast around St Malo or inland to Rennes and beyond. I spent two weeks here and still couldn't get to see all the sights on the area. Thank you to the owners for a pleasant stay.“
