Enclosed garden 500 m², garden furniture, BBQ, covered shelter and sand pit. Water sports and leisure centre at the lake Bel Air (PRIZIAC). A secluded house surrounded by trees, looking onto a classified chapel and way-side cross, in a peaceful setting. Parking facilities inside (4 cars) and outside the property.

„Ce gite est à proximité de la ferme achetée par nos enfants et correspondait à nos besoins“
„Nice gite in a very quiet hamlet. The caretakers' telephone number was not communicated before arrival so we had no way to let them know we were arriving. The house was very clean upon arrival. The beds were good, but the kitchen was poorly equipped: No garlic press or sharp knife, and very little cutlery. There is a washing machine, an ironing board but no clothing iron however. We were lucky to have arrived with four people, because the gite does not seem to be equipped for six: Only four chairs at the dining table and the kitchen table, and seating for only four in the living room. Price/quality overall is good however.“
