Gegenüber dem Haus der Eigentümer befindet sich dieses Haus mit zwei angrenzenden Ferienhäusern mit separaten Eingängen. Privater Garten mit Terrassenmöbeln und Grill. 4 km vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Im Erdgeschoss: Eingangsbereich, Küche (Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Minibackofen, Elektroherd, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mixer, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine) mit Zugang zum Wohnzimmer, zwei Sofas und Fernseher. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Duschbad und zwei Toiletten.
Im Obergeschoss: 1 Schlafzimmer mit vier Einzelbetten.

„A quiet place to stay in the small village of Cugny. The accommodation is in an older house opposite from the owners, the entrance to the house and the garden is separated by a hedge, you have so private. Parking is next to the house on a gravelled area. The nearest grocery store is in the nearby village however for larger purchases it is worth driving up to Nemours. Connections by train or bus are quite accessible from the nearby villages. The furnishings of the house are old but quite functional. What I would complain about is the equipment in the kitchen, where the pans are already quite damaged and some are not for induction. Furthermore, the water is very hard and for coffee or tea it needs to be filtered from limescale. The second thing is the mattresses on the beds on the second floor, they are very soft which may not bother some people but our friends didn't get much sleep. As far as the baby equipment is concerned, you will find a bed, a bath tub, a dining chair and a lot of toys, so all in all a nice equipment. All the appliances in the dwelling were usable and functional. I will definitely keep the accommodation in mind for future visits to the local beautiful forest around Fontainebleau.“
