„As usual we had a wonderfully comfortable stay. We enjoyed the facilities and the beautiful surroundings. We love watching the boats go by on the canal and listening to the cuckoo. Plenty of advise was on hand from the owners and as a result we enjoyed some lovely meals out in local restaurants. The gite is well placed to visit pretty and interesting places.“

„A wonderful sunny place on the Loing Canal run by the adjacent farm family (though they were not intrusive at all). Great place to have dinner outside on a sunny early evening. Two minor issues: (1) the location on Google Maps is not where the site is, and (2) there was no soap in the bathroom. But a lovely place.“

„Very friendly welcome. Although the owners Cécile and Stéphane do not speak English well, they do their best and with our limited knowledge of French and some goodwill on both sides, we managed well. The house is easily accessible for disabled people. It is a simple apartment but everything that needs to be there is there. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We also received good tips for things to see in the area and where we could best get on the train for a day trip to Paris. The village and the farm are very quiet. There are places with shops for groceries and a train station within a 10-minute drive. We had a good stay.“

„As always we were warmly welcomed to our favourite gite in France. It is set in beautiful surroundings and we find the sound of the water on the canal extremely relaxing. We love to watch the infrequent boats going by and the wonderful wildlife on and around the water. The gite is well placed for visits to so many places of interest and the owner provides a lot of information about what is available locally and wider. We love to walk along the canal to Souppes sur Loing for the Sunday morning market. Walks in the nearby forest always offer up surprises! We have already booked to stay again next year.“

„Magnificque au bord du canal de Loing. Tres tranquie au fin de la rue. Jolie de voir des bateaux a l ecluse. Le terrain clos pour des enfants et le chien. Il y a Un train qui passé maïs ce n est pas grave..“
