In einer Sackgasse liegt dieses gemütliche Sommerhaus auf einem schönen, geschlossenen Grundstück in Nähe von Grønhøjs Strand. Mit zum Haus gehört das Gebrauchsrecht für das Gemeinschaftshaus der Umgebung - ein Pfad führt direkt vom Grundstück zum Gemeinschaftshaus (Odavej 75). Hier befinden sich ein Swimmingpool, eine Sauna gegen Zahlung (Münzen) und Münzwäscherei und draußen gibt es einen großen Spielplatz für die Kinder sowie Tennis- und Basketballplatz. Der Swimmingpool steht Ihnen ab April bis hin zu KW 42 zur Verfügung.
EinrichtungDas Ferienhaus eignet sich für 6 Personen. Die Ferienunterkunft hat eine Wohnfläche von 95 m² und wurde 1988 gebaut. 2016 wurde die Ferienunterkunft teilweise renoviert. Haustiere dürfen nicht mitgebracht werden. Die Ferienunterkunft ist mit energiesparender Wärmepumpe ausgestattet. Tiefkühlmöglichkeit mit 80 Liter Nutzinhalt. Es gibt außerdem einen Kaminofen.
DraußenDie Ferienunterkunft liegt auf einem 1260 m² großen Naturgrundstück. Die Entfernung zum Meer beträgt 1175 m. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt 1550 m entfernt. Es steht ein 50 m² Terrassenareal zur Verfügung. Geräteraum.
SwimmingpoolEs steht ein gemeinsamer Innen-Swimmingpool zur Verfügung, wo sich Jung und Alt gemeinsam Vergnügen können. Der Swimmingpool misst bis zu 5 m in der Breite, 9 m in der Länge und bis zu 1,32 m in der Tiefe. Die Wassertemperatur liegt zwischen 24 und 28° C.
SchlafverhältnisseDie Schlafplätze verteilen sich auf 4 Schlafräume. 4 Schlafplätze in Doppelbetten. 2 Schlafplätze in Einzelbetten.
KücheDie Küche ist mit Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Außerdem gibt es 4 Keramik-Kochfelder, Umluftofen, Mikrowelle sowie Geschirrspüler.
WC und BadEs gibt 1 Badezimmer mit Duschnische und 1 Toilette. Es steht eine Sauna zur Verfügung in der Sie sich so richtig entspannen können.
MultimedienIn der Ferienunterkunft gibt es einen Fernseher. Radio. CD-Player. Mindestens 4 dänische Fernsehsender. Mindestens 4 deutsche Fernsehsender. Es steht kabellose Internetverbindung zur Verfügung.

„Prior to the vacation at the holiday home: I asked about discounts in email before arrival, but in every mail with the company, I only got answers to half of my questions. So this question was never answered. I found the discounts in the app by myself. Also disappointed that we could not use the discount the day after checkout. We wanted to go to Aalborg zoo the day after we left the house. The vacation at the holiday home: No information in the house about the common house with the pool. Also the roof started leaking when it rained. Contacted sol og strand, and someone came. They left a note that they ordered a repair person, but nothing happened. It was a bit stressful with all the water coming into the middle of the living room, and it looked like it had happened before to of the look of the damage. The local office: When in contact they misunderstood us a lot when we talked Norwegian. But if they do not understand Norwegian, I wish they would tell us that they do not understand so we could have talked in English. I also believe this might be why only half my questions was answered.. I also feel they did to little about the leakage in the house. Departure and follow up: Still do not know how much to pay. We were told we would get the bill of the electric etc with the payment for cleaning, since during our stay they charged us with double cleaning, and when they fixed this I was not able to pay through the website. And we got the money back when we tried to wire it directly in the bank account. But now we have only gotten the invoice fore cleaning… The holiday home itself: Only thing dragging down the score was the problem with the leakage.“
