Das sehr sonnige Klima sorgt dank der Höhenlage (1450 m) für kühle Sommernächte.
Der Swimmingpool (maximal 9,2 m x 3,5 m, maximale Tiefe 1,6 m) ist umzäunt, 25 m zurückgesetzt und wird mit dem Ferienhaus „Maître de Cabestany" geteilt.
Er ist in der Regel von Juni bis September geöffnet, und das Wasser ist auf ca. 23 °C beheizt.
Das Ferienhaus ist ebenerdig, ohne einsehbare Nachbarn und über zwei Stufen erreichbar. Es verfügt über einen separaten Eingang oberhalb des Hauses der Eigentümer.
Ein großzügiger Wohnbereich mit Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer öffnet sich zu einer privaten, umzäunten und überdachten 15 m² großen Terrasse mit 180°-Panoramablick auf Llo und Spanien.

„What a stunning gite! Lovely, comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms, it was one of the best and most comfortable gites we've ever stayed in. Impeccably clean, superbly comfortable bedding, linens and pillows and a small but perfectly-equipped kitchen, not to mention the absolutely stunning views from every room and from the large terrace. The gite has a pool across the street that was being renovated during our stay, but we were able to use it quite quickly. The view from the pool was breathtaking and the cool water was a delight in the warm afternoons. Llo is also an ideal spot to discover the region, with fabulous hiking and mountain biking trails nearby, as well as the thermal springs in town and a plethora of family activities in the surrounding areas. Elisabeth and Emmanuel were thoughtful and considerate hosts, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay, including board games and books in French and English. We spent a marvelous two weeks and look forward to coming back again!“
