The property is in an ideal location overlooking the Etel River, great for exploring the ria and its numerous islets including Saint-Cado, one of the gems of the region. There is a little cove 100m from the gite and for swimming and water sports enthusiasts, the fine sandy beaches of Erdeven are 15km. The walled property has wooded grounds and a country house divided into the owner's holiday home and 2 gites. The gite is on the first floor of the building but has level access to the garden.
