Ihre Ferienwohnung bietet im Erdgeschoss: ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, eine schöne, offene Einbauküche (mit Nespresso-Maschine), ein Schlafzimmer (mit einem Doppelbett, 160 x 200 cm) und angrenzendem Duschbad (mit Whirlpool-Dusche) sowie ein WC.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer (zwei Einzelbetten, ein Einzelbett und ein Doppelbett, 160 x 200 cm), ein Badezimmer (mit Badewanne) und ein WC.
Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein Waschraum.
Ein beheizter Außenpool (7 x 3,5 m) steht Ihnen von Mai bis Ende September zur Verfügung.
Zwei nach Süden ausgerichtete Terrassen (80 m² und 12 m²) sowie ein großer, umzäunter Garten (1000 m²) mit einer separaten, ganzjährig nutzbaren Einliegerwohnung (für eine Person) im hinteren Bereich, die über einen separaten Eingang zugänglich ist. Ein elektrisches Tor ermöglicht den Zugang zum Garten und zum Haus. Eine Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge ist vorhanden.

„Enjoyed our week stay here May 2025. The house was very well presented, tidy and clean. All beds were comfortable, with good mattresses. Party of 7 using all rooms, double upstairs was different than the picture (photos need updating), still comfortable and good bedding, etc. Ground floor room and en suite shower really nice, plenty of hot water. Kitchen was very well equipped. Good design with doors onto terrace for Al fresco eating. Living areas comfortable and met our needs. Good wifi and tv. Outdoors was great too, Plenty of seating,. Gardens pretty and fantastic pool. Big enough for a game of water volley ball. Heated water very much appreciated and saline treated, which was very subtle. Table tennis was well used by all the family. Washing machines and dryer in basement used and very good. Parking within property good and secure with electronic gate. Just about space for 2 cars. Located in a quiet residential area. Neighbours quiet and rental behind house wasn't seen. 15/20 min walk to port with boulangeries and cafes. Had pizza in restaurant at the bottom of the hill, very tasty and friendly service. Loved the area, nice sandy beaches and small towns. Overall, a great house, responsive owner and manager, with queries and later check in. Would like to return some day!“
„We travelled from London to Brittany, and Le Cèdre Bleu was the ideal spot for us with our two children (14 and 12). There was so much space - we could have stayed there with another family, and not been cramped. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, and Mme Boschman and Sandrine were very helpful. Sandrine even made a special trip to sort out some of our bedding, which was very much appreciated. It was so lovely to wake up to birdsong and take breakfast on the sunny terrace, followed by a dip in the pool. Perros Guirec was close - a short drive to the beach with surf school, and a 20-minute walk to the port, with great restaurants. We would definitely come back and stay again at this gite - we loved it.“
