Die 4 Ferienhäuser der Familie Perazzo in Marina di Ascea liegen am Ende einer Sackgasse, die direkt zum Meer und zum 7 km langen Strand führt.
Ideal ist Marina di Ascea für Badeurlauber, aber aufgrund seiner zentralen Lage auch für kulturinteressierte Urlauber, die die Sehenswürdigkeiten des Cilento entdecken möchten. Nur einen Steinwurf entfernt liegen etwa die Ausgrabungen des antiken Velia.
FERIENHÄUSER NUR 80 METER VOM SANDSTRAND
Ein besonderes Anliegen war dem Eigentümer bei der Anlage der 4 Reihenhäuser, die Privatsphäre der Erholungssuchenden zu wahren.
Sie betreten Ihr Feriendomizil über die von den anderen Ferienhäusern aus nicht einsehbare, überdachte, große Terrasse. Hier können Sie Ihren Tag mit einem Frühstück im Freien beginnen und bei einem stimmungsvollen Abendessen ausklingen lassen.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die geräumige, gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit genügend Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen, zum Fernsehen oder zum Faulenzen auf der Couch. Über einen Flur gelangen Sie in ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon. Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Bad (u.a. Waschbecken für die Wäsche). Eine Treppe führt Sie in die 1. Etage, wo Sie 2 Schlafzimmer (Einzelbetten) für je 3 Personen und ein Bad vorfinden.
Die Ferienhäuser sind mit Zentralheizung ausgestattetet und daher auch für einen Aufenthalt im Winter geeignet.
Kinder sind in den Ville Mare Blu gern gesehene Gäste, für sie gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz, auf dem sie herumtollen können.
Ihr Auto können Sie in der zu Ville Mare Blu gehörenden Tiefgarage parken. Ein besonderer Service für Bahnfahrer: Vom Bahnhof Ascea werden Sie vom Eigentümer gegen eine kleine Gebühr abgeholt und zu Ihrem Feriendomizil gebracht.

CERTIFICAZIONE DI AGIBILITA – Die Ferienhäuser Ville Mare Blu haben von der Kommune Ascea die CERTIFICAZIONE DI AGIBILITA erhalten, die für sicheres und sauberes Wohnen, sowie den Einsatz energiesparender Materialien bei Gebäude und Einrichtung steht. Beim Hausbau sowie der Dachisolierung wurden umweltfreundliche Materialien eingesetzt und zur Wassereinsparung hat der Eigentümer Wasserdurchlauffilter installiert. Darüber hinaus sind die Spielgeräte auf dem Gelände TÜV-zertifiziert.
DAS GOLD DES CILENTO – Franco Perazzo, der Eigentümer der Ferienhäuser Ville Mare Blu, ist auch Olivenbauer mit Leib und Seele. Mit Hilfe seiner Familie hegt und pflegt er seine Olivenhaine rund um Ascea. Aus den Olivensorten Frantoio, Leccino und Pentolino, die zur Erntezeit per Hand gepflückt werden, stellt er ein kaltgepresstes, natives Olivenöl her. Gäste seiner Ferienhäuser können dieses Öl direkt über ihn beziehen.

Marina di Ascea is really a great place for beach enthusiasts, nevertheless it is also very conveniently located for those interested in culture and who wish to discover the sights of the Cilento. The excavations of ancient Velia, for example, are only a stone's throw off.
HOLIDAY HOMES ONLY 80 METERS FROM THE SANDY BEACH
One of the owner's major concerns was to make sure the lay-out of the holiday homes would guarantee his guests' privacy.
You enter the holiday home via the roofed terrace, which is screened off from the neighboring holiday homes. It is the perfect place to start into your day with breakfast out in the open and to let it fade away with a wonderful dinner.
The ground floor includes a well-equipped live-and-eat-in kitchen (incl. gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster), a bedroom with double bed and access of a small balcony and a bathroom (shower/bidet/WC). From the live-and-eat-in kitchen, a staircase runs up to the 1st floor with two bedrooms, which sleep 3 persons each (single beds), and a bathroom (shower/bidet/WC).
The holiday homes are suitable for a stay at any time of the year, as they are equipped with central heating and air conditioning (extra charge for both in case of use). Further amenities: free WiFi access, SAT-TV, fly screens, iron. A children's bed (extra charge) and highchair can be provided.
A washing machine and the outdoor showers are shared by all the holiday homes. There's a small playground for children, who are very welcome at Ville Mare Blu.
Parking is available in an underground garage. A special service for train travelers: for a small fee, pickup from Ascea train station and transfer to the holiday accommodation.

CERTIFICAZIONE DI AGIBILITA – Holiday homes Ville Mare Blu have been awarded the CERTIFICAZIONE DI AGIBILITA by the comune of Ascea, which assures secure and clean lodging as well as the use of energy saving material concerning the building and furnishing. Building and roof insulation were conducted with the use of environment friendly material and in order to save water the owner has installed water saving devices. Furthermore, the playground equipment on the premises is TÜV certified.
THE GOLD OF THE CILENTO – Franco Perazzo, owner of holiday homes Ville Mare Blu, is a passionate olive farmer. With the help of his family, he attends to his olive groves around Ascea. His cold-pressed olive oil 'extra vergine' is made from Frantoio, Leccino and Pentolino olives, which are hand-picked at harvest time. Guest staying at his holiday homes can purchase the oil directly from him.
Kaution: 100 Euro - vor Ort bei Anreise zu hinterlegen.
