URLAUB MIT STIL
Über 2 Etagen erstreckt sich die Villa Grace, die in einem schönen Wohnviertel am Ortsrand von Marina di Ascea liegt. Hingucker beim Betreten des Hauses ist ohne Zweifel die schicke und offen gestaltete Küche mit Kochinsel. Dieser schließt sich ein gemütlicher Wohnbereich mit Sofa an.
Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss liegen ein Doppelschlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer.
Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer befinden sich in der Mansarde der Villa Grace. Sie sind ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett und mit einem Doppelbett und einem französischen Bett. Ebenfalls im Obergeschoss ist ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne untergebracht.
URLAUB IM FREIEN
Geschmackvoll und einladend ist ebenfalls der Außenbereich der Villa Grace gestaltet. Hauptakteur ist hier der Pool mit Hydromassage. Für einen echten Urlaub im Freien stehen zudem ein beschatteter Essbereich, eine Außendusche und ein Grill zur Verfügung. Vom Pool genießt man einen wundervollen Blick ins Grüne, der wahre Entspannung verspricht.
Auf dem vollständig umzäunten Grundstück können bis zu 2 PKW abgestellt werden.
Die Villa Grace besitzt eine Dependance im Souterrain mit einem separaten Eingang. Beide Hausteile sind nicht miteinander verbunden. Das Souterrain wird regelmäßig von dem sehr diskreten und zurückhaltenden Eigentümer der Villa Grace genutzt. Lediglich die Toreinfahrt auf das Grundstück wird gemeinsam genutzt.

Der Ort Ascea liegt zentral an der Cilento-Küste und vereint sowohl Kultur als auch ideale Bedingungen für Strandliebhaber. So besitzt Ascea einen der längsten Strandabschnitte des Cilento, eine gepflegte und einladende Promenade mit Radweg, malerische Meeresgrotten und Küstenwanderwege. Der Archäologische Park von Velia ist außerdem ein echtes kulturelles Highlight im Süden Italiens.

HOLIDAYS WITH STYLE
Villa Grace is located in a lovely residential area on the outskirts of Marina di Ascea. It covers two floors and accommodates up to 7 persons.
You enter the house into an open-plan room with kitchen, dining and living areas. What catches your eye first is without doubt the kitchen with island. It is not only chic, but also very well-appointed. In the living area, there's a cozy sofa to relax on.
A double bedroom and a bathroom (with shower) are also found on the ground floor.
The other two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with double bed and French bed, as well as another bathroom (with bathtub) are located on the attic floor.
The holiday home also features: air conditioning in the living room, WiFi, Smart-TV, washing machine; gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, capsule coffee machine in the kitchen area.
HOLIDAYS OUT IN THE OPEN
Villa Grace's outdoor area too is inviting and has been tastefully designed. Definitely a highlight: the pool area with hydromassage pool. The wonderful view of the green surroundings from there has a truly relaxing and soothing effect.
To enjoy your holidays out in the open, you will also find a shaded dining area, an outdoor shower and a grill at your disposal.
Two cars can be parked on the completely fenced property.
Note: There's a 'dependance' on the basement floor of Villa Grace; it has got a separate entrance, which means the two parts of the house are not directly connected. The basement floor is regularly used by the very discreet and reserved owner of the holiday home. Only the entrance gate onto the property is shared.
BEACH AND CULTURE
Ascea is found in central location on the Cilento coast. It offers ideal conditions for beach enthusiasts as well as cultural attractions. What you can look forward to: one of the Cilento's longest stretches of beach, a well-tended and inviting promenade with bike lane, picturesque sea grottos and coastal hiking trails and - the Archaeological Park of Elea-Velia, a true cultural highlight in in the south of Italy.
