Die Villa mit 3 Ferienwohnungen liegt Luftlinie nur etwa 300 m vom Meer entfernt. Nach 1,5 km erreichen Sie den Sandstrand von Marina di Pisciotta. In dem charmanten Fischerdörfchen finden Sie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants und Café-Bars.
Ein 1,5 km langer Anstieg führt Sie zum mittelalterlichen Pisciotta mit bezauberndem historischem Ortskern, wo Sie süditalienisches Dorfleben noch hautnah erleben können.

Auf der Eingangsebene finden sich 2 Ferienwohnungen mit separaten Eingängen, eine für 2 und eine für 4 Personen. Eine Außentreppe führt zur 3. Ferienwohnung für bis zu 6 Personen im Obergeschoss. Jedes Appartement hat einen eigenen Außenbereich, so dass Sie immer das tiefblaue Meer im Blick haben und malerische Sonnenuntergänge bewundern können.
APT. B – EG-FERIENWOHNUNG FÜR 4 PERSONEN
Das 50 m² große Ferienappartement findet sich auf der Eingangsebene links. Neben der frontalen, überdachten Terrasse stehen Ihnen noch eine seitliche, ca. 30 m² große Terrasse und ein Gartenanteil zur Verfügung. Herrlich speisen und entspannen lässt es sich hier mit Blick auf das Capo Palinuro, die grüne Umgebung und das tiefblaue Meer.
Innen ist die Ferienwohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnküche präsentiert sich hell und lichtdurchflutet. Zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad komplettieren das Appartement.
Ihr Auto können Sie auf dem Grundstück der Villa parken.

From up there you have got a breathtaking 180º view of the sea – from Capo Palinuro in the south to Punta Licosa in the north.
The villa with 3 holiday apartments is at a straight-line distance of about 300 m from the sea and 1.5 km from the sandy beach of Marina di Pisciotta. At the charming, small fishing village you find grocery stores, restaurants and café-bars.
A 1.5 km uphill walk takes you to medieval Pisciotta with charming historic center, where you can experience southern Italian village life at close range.
COMFORTABLE & COZY – VILLA ROSANNA
An inviting outside welcomes you to Villa Rosanna: A beautifully designed, terraced garden surrounds the house, the colorful façade is in perfect harmony with the traditional stone porch.
Two holiday apartments, one laid for 2 and one for 4 persons, are found at ground level. An outdoor staircase takes you to the third apartment for up to 6 persons on the 1st floor. Each apartment includes a private outdoor area, from where you can 'admire' the deep blue sea and picturesque sunsets.
APT. B – GROUND-FLOOR APARTMENT FOR 4 PERSONS
The 50 m², tastefully furnished apartment is located on the ground floor to the left and includes a bright, light flooded kitchen-dining-living room, 2 bedrooms (double bed; twin beds) and a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet). The roofed front terrace, a ca. 30 m² side terrace as well as a share of garden are wonderful spots for dining, relaxing and enjoying the view of Capo Palinuro, the green surroundings and the deep blue sea.
The apartment features WiFi, SAT-TV/SMART-TV and washing machine. A children's bed can be provided upon request. Parking is available on the premises.
