Between small Marina di Pisciotta and the charming mountain village of Pisciotta lies Piano di Mare with its six accommodation units, which were completed in summer 2023. The units with a private terrace and sea view each are perfect for couples and families.

Neben einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und TV steht im Wohnbereich mit Küchenzeile und Esstisch ein Schlafsofa für max. zwei Personen (Kinder/Jugendliche) zur Verfügung.
Vom Wohnbereich mit TV hat man direkten Zugang zur möblierten und teils überdachten Terrasse der Ferienwohnung. Ein Sonnensegel spendet zusätzlichen Schatten. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ideal, um "bergab" sowohl den Strand und den Hafen als auch "bergauf" das lebhafte Dorf Pisciotta mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wochenmarkt und außergewöhnlichen Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.
Alternativ erreicht man beide Orte innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto, einem Motorroller oder der zwischen den Orten pendelnden Ape Calessino (Taxi auf Abruf).

Located on the ground floor, this apartment with terrace, a small plot of garden and a view of the sea is a perfect holiday accommodation for a young family, but also a couple. It includes a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen-living-dining room and a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet). The sofa in the kitchen-living-dining room can be turned into a sleeping facility for max. two persons (children/teenagers).
The living area opens onto the apartment's furnished, partly roofed terrace. A sun sail in the outdoor area offers additional shade. With a partition screening off the terrace from the neighboring terrace, you have got your privacy while enjoying the mild Italian summer evenings in the outdoor area of the apartment.
The apartment features air conditioning (extra charge for use) as well as Smart-TV in the living and sleeping areas, WiFi and washing machine.
ALTOGETHER 6 HOLIDAY APARTMENTS
Two-storey Piano di Mare offers altogether six holiday apartments: three on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The apartments to the right and to the left on each floor are identical in layout and accommodate 2 to 4 persons each. The ones in between accommodate up to 6 persons each and they too are almost identical in layout.
RENTING FOR A GROUP
If you wish to spend your holidays in the Cilento together with grandparents, siblings or best friends, you can of course rent two or more of Piano di Mare's apartments at the same time – with enough privacy and spots to retreat to for everyone.
PARKING is available on the fenced property.
SURROUNDINGS, SHOPPING AND BEACH
The holiday apartment is very conveniently located, as a walk downhill takes you to the beach and the harbor and a walk uphill takes you to the lively village of Pisciotta with various shopping facilities, weekly market and extraordinary restaurants.
Of course Marina di Pisciotta and Pisciotta can be quickly reached also by car, by scooter or by using the Ape Calessino (taxi on call), which runs between the two places.
