Ein 1,5 km langer Anstieg führt Sie zum mittelalterlichen Pisciotta mit bezauberndem historischem Ortskern, wo Sie süditalienisches Dorfleben noch hautnah erleben können.

Jedes Appartement hat einen eigenen Außenbereich, so dass Sie immer das tiefblaue Meer im Blick haben und malerische Sonnenuntergänge bewundern können.

Über eine Außentreppe erreichen Sie das 90 m² große Appartement mit großer Wohn-/Essküche, 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern im Obergeschoss, wo sich Ihnen ein unvergleichliches Panorama präsentiert: der Blick schweift vom Capo Palinuro im Süden bis hin zur Punta Licosa im Norden. Insgesamt können Sie sich auf zwei 16 m² großen Terrassen und einem kleinen Balkon in südlicher Sonne entspannen.
Ihr Auto können Sie auf dem Grundstück der Villa parken.

From up there you have got a breathtaking 180º view of the sea – from Capo Palinuro in the south to Punta Licosa in the north.
The villa with 3 holiday apartments is at a straight-line distance of about 300 m from the sea and 1.5 km from the sandy beach of Marina di Pisciotta. At the charming, small fishing village you find grocery stores, restaurants and café-bars.
A 1.5 km uphill walk takes you to medieval Pisciotta with charming historic center, where you can experience southern Italian village life at close range.
COMFORTABLE & COZY – VILLA ROSANNA
An inviting outside welcomes you to Villa Rosanna: A beautifully designed, terraced garden surrounds the house, the colorful façade is in perfect harmony with the traditional stone porch.
Two holiday apartments, one laid for 2 and one for 4 persons, are found at ground level. An outdoor staircase takes you to the third apartment for up to 6 persons on the 1st floor. Each apartment includes a private outdoor area, from where you can 'admire' the deep blue sea and picturesque sunsets.
APT. A – 1st FLOOR-APARTMENT FOR 6 PERSONS
The 90 m² apartment on the first floor includes a large kitchen-dining-living room, 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one with twin beds, and 2 bathrooms (shower/WC/bidet each). There are two 16 m² terraces and a small balcony to make yourself comfortable on in the southern sun. And, you get to enjoy a terrific panoramic view – your gaze roams from Capo Palinuro in the south to Punta Licosa in the north.
The apartment features WiFi, SAT-TV/SMART-TV, dishwasher and washing machine. A children's bed can be provided upon request. Parking is available on the premises.

„Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal dort. Dort zu sein ist ein Traum. Tolles Haus und grandiose Aussicht. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das wenige Besteck und zu wenig Gläser. Sonst alles super gut. Auch ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.“
