Das Haus bietet 2 Schlafzimmer für insgesamt 4+1 Personen: 1 Doppelzimmer (mit eigenem Bad), 1 Zweibettzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und TV + Netflix/ Amazon video . Beide Bäder sind mit Dusche ausgestattet.
Die moderne Küche verfügt über Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühler, Herd und Elektroofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, sowie einen großen, alten Esstisch für bis zu 5 Personen.
In einem Waschraum im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und -brett, Wäscheständer.
