In manchen Momenten scheint die Zeit in Pisciotta einfach stehen geblieben zu sein. Der kleine Ort mitten im Cilento ist genau so, wie man sich Süditalien gern vorstellt. Herzlich, lebhaft und verschlafen zugleich, entschleunigt und irgendwie bodenständig. Auf der Piazza und in den Bars trifft man tagein, tagaus bekannte Gesichter.
Schnell wird man als Fremder in die kleine Dorfgemeinschaft integriert, in der jeder jeden kennt, man sich grüßt und bei Cappuccino und Cornetto in der Bar das Fußballspiel des vergangenen Abends wild gestikulierend diskutiert.
Und mittendrin liegt die Casa Anna. Auf dem Balkon der kleinen Ferienwohnung tauchen Sie wiederum ein in eine ganz andere Welt aus Ruhe, Entspannung und einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Tyrrhenische Meer.
Casa Anna erstreckt sich über 2 Ebenen und besitzt einen eigenen Zugang, sodass man das Gefühl hat, in einem separaten Haus zu wohnen.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem WC und die Wohnküche mit Zugang zum Meerblickbalkon. In der Sonne oder im Schatten des Sonnenschirms mit einem Glas Rotwein sitzend, schweift der Blick über silbrig-grüne Olivenhaine zum Meer.
In der 1. Etage liegen das Bad mit kleiner Eckbadewanne und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.
AUTHENTISCHES DORFLEBEN IN PISCIOTTA
Von Pisciotta ist der Weg nicht weit zum sauberen, türkisblauen Meer. Der Weg zum Sand-/Kiesstrand ist eine etwa 1 km lange, abwechslungsreiche Wanderung bergab durch Olivenhaine und das kleine Fischerdorf Marina di Pisciotta - oder eine kurze Fahrt mit dem Auto.
Beschaulich gelegen im mittelalterlichen Ortskern, aber nur unweit der Piazza und des italienischen Dorflebens, bietet Ihnen die Casa Anna "Cilento pur". Pisciotta liegt malerisch auf einer Bergkuppe an der Küstenstraße von Palinuro nach Ascea. In den schmalen Stufengassen entlang von Palazzi und Häuserzeilen aus dem 16. Jahrhundert lässt sich noch unverfälschtes italienisches Dorfleben erfahren. Trotz der Meernähe fast unberührt vom Tourismus werden hier noch Jahrhunderte altes Brauchtum und Tradition erhalten und gelebt.
Rund um die Piazza des Dorfes (Piazza Pinto) und entlang der Hauptstraße finden Sie Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Bars. Auch ein Bankautomat und die Post sind an der Durchgangsstraße zu finden. Jeden Mittwoch findet auf der Piazza außerdem ein Wochenmarkt statt. Mitten im Zentrum finden Sie die Restaurants I tre Gufi und Osteria del Borgo. I tre Gufi ist von März/April bis Anfang November in der Regel täglich geöffnet. Auf der großen Meerblickterrasse des Lokals wird in den frühen Abendstunden außerdem ein wunderbar erfrischender Aperol Spritz serviert. Cin cin!

There are those special moments when you get the feeling that time has stood still at Pisciotta. The small village in the Cilento is just the way many people imagine Southern Italy to be - friendly, lively and at the same time a bit sleepy, unhurried and somehow down-to-earth. Day in, day out you see familiar faces in the piazza and the bars.
Even as a stranger/visitor you are quickly admitted into the small village community, where people know each other and greet each other, where over a cappuccino and a cornetto at the bar the latest football match is discussed with lots of gesticulating.
And in the midst of all that lies Casa Anna. Standing on the balcony of the small apartment, you feel the tranquil, relaxed atmosphere, and the view of the Tyrrhenian Sea adds its share.
Casa Anna covers 2 floors and has a separate entrance, which makes you feel a bit like living in a small house. The ground floor includes a double bedroom with en-suite half-bath as well as the live-and-eat-in kitchen with access of the sea view balcony. From the balcony, while relaxing in the sun or in the shade of the parasol and maybe enjoying a glass of red wine, your gaze drifts over silvery-green olive groves towards the sea.
The bathroom (small corner bathtub with shower device/WC/bidet) and a twin bedroom are located on the 1st floor.
Casa Anna also features SAT-TV, washing machine, air conditioning and WiFi; the windows and the door onto the balcony are fitted with fly screens. A children's bed is provided upon request.
AUTHENTIC VILLAGE LIFE AT PISCIOTTA
Pisciotta is not far from the clean, turquoise blue sea. It is either a lovely, ca. 1 km hike downhill through olive groves and the small fishing village of Marina di Pisciotta or a short drive by car to the sandy/pebbly beach.
Stay at Casa Anna, in contemplative location in the medieval village center, yet not far from the piazza and Italian village life, and experience the Cilento. Pisciotta is picturesquely situated on a hill on the coastal road from Palinuro to Ascea. In the narrow terraced alleys with palazzi and houses dating from the 16th century, you encounter real Italian village life. In spite of its location close to the sea, the village is not overrun by tourists; centuries-old customs and traditions are preserved and kept alive there.
Grocery stores and bars are found around the village piazza (Piazza Pinto) as well as along the main road, where you also find a cash dispenser and the post office. A weekly market takes place in the piazza every Wednesday. Restaurants I tre Gufi and Osteria del Borgo are located in the village center. I tre Gufi is, in general, open daily from March/April to the beginning of November. Treat yourself to a refreshing Aperol Spritz on its large sea view terrace in the early evening. Cin cin!
