Southern Italian hospitality is very important to owner Rita, but what she also sets great store by at Casa Partenope are sustainability and environmental protection.

Die Casa Partenope in Massa Lubrense, das auch als "la terra delle sirene" bezeichnet wird, verdankt ihren Namen der schönen Sirene aus Homers Odyssee. In Verzweiflung darüber, dass Seefahrer Odysseus sich völlig unbeeindruckt von ihrem betörenden Gesang zeigte, stürzte Partenope sich ins Meer und ertrank.

Vom reservierten Parkplatz für Ihr Auto erreichen Sie die Wohnung über wenige Treppenstufen. Im Inneren der Casa Partenope finden Sie eine behagliche Atmosphäre vor.
Herzstück der Wohnung ist der großzügige, freundliche Wohn-/Essbereich. Hohe Glasfronten eröffnen Ihnen den Blick auf die atemberaubende Landschaft und das Meer. Im hinteren Teil des Wohnraums befindet sich ein Schlafsofa, auf dem zwei Personen übernachten können.
Gleich nebenan liegen die Essküche, ein Bad sowie das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und fantastischer Aussicht.
AUF ANFRAGE KÖNNEN 2 ETAGEN ANGEMIETET WERDEN
Eine Wendeltreppe führt vom Wohnbereich hinab zu einem weiteren Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen und mit en-Suite-Bad. Diese Räume (ca. 20 qm) bleiben im Regelfall unbenutzt und verschlossen, wenn die Casa Partenope nur mit vier Personen belegt wird. Wenn Sie mehr Platz benötigen, können Sie diese Etage unverbindlich bei uns anfragen (siehe Bilder nach der Wendeltreppe).
BALKON, GARTEN UND MEERBLICK
Über die gesamte Breite der Ferienwohnung erstreckt sich der möblierte Meerblick-Balkon. Im gemeinsam mit zwei weiteren Parteien des Hauses nutzbaren, terrassiert angelegten Garten können Sie bei einer sanften Meeresbrise im Schatten der Olivenbäume verweilen. Hier finden Sie eine Außendusche und einen kleinen, möblierten Außenbereich zum Entspannen vor.
MASSA LUBRENSE
Das Dorfzentrum von Massa Lubrense mit Piazza, Lokalen und Geschäften erreichen Sie schon nach 1,2 km.
Der nächste Strand, der direkt zu Massa Lubrenses altem Hafen Marina della Lobra führt, kann zu Fuß erreicht werden (ca. 250 m). In den Sommermonaten wird er bewirtschaftet. Ca. 1 km weiter am Meer entlang finden Sie Restaurants, Bars, einen Zeitungskiosk und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen. In 900 m Entfernung befindet sich ein weiterer kleiner Supermarkt.
SORRENT
Die sehr sehenswerte, malerische Stadt Sorrent befindet sich ca. 4 km von der Casa Partenope entfernt. Erfahrungsgemäß ist es an der Amalfiküste und auf der Sorrentiner Halbinsel ratsam, sich wann immer möglich mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fortzubewegen. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt 500 m von der Wohnung entfernt.

Casa Partenope at Massa Lubrense, the latter also called "la terra delle sirene", is named for beautiful Siren Parthenope from Homer's Odyssey. In despair at failing to mesmerize seafaring Odysseus with her enchanting songs, she threw herself into the sea and drowned.
HOLIDAY APARTMENT BETWEEN SORRENTO, CAPRI AND THE SEA
After parking your car in the reserved parking space, you have to climb a few steps to get to Casa Partenope.
The lovely holiday apartment radiates a cozy atmosphere and includes a spacious, friendly living-dining room, an eat-in kitchen, a double bedroom with a fantastic view and a bathroom (bathtub with shower device/WC/bidet; hair dryer).
The living-dining room is the heart of the apartment; its picture-style windows and French doors open upon a view of the breathtaking landscape and the sea. The sofa in the living area can be turned into a sleeping facility for two.
Furnishing also includes: Smart-TV, washing machine, WiFi, air conditioning, gas heating; gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle in the kitchen.
The property is secured by an automatic entrance gate and video surveillance. A parking space is available.
MORE SPACE UPON REQUEST
From the living area, a spiral staircase runs down to the lower floor and another double bedroom with en suite bathroom (see pictures 19 onwards). The downstairs rooms (ca. 20 m²) usually remain unoccupied and locked, if Casa Partenope is booked for and occupied by only 4 persons. BALCONY, GARDEN & SEA VIEW
A furnished sea view balcony runs the width of the holiday apartment. The terraced garden with a small furnished area and outdoor shower is shared with two other residents of the house. It is a lovely spot for relaxing in the shade of the olive trees, caressed by a gentle breeze.
An outdoor grill is available upon prior request; a cleaning fee for its use falls due on site.
MASSA LUBRENSE
The village center of Massa Lubrense with piazza, bars, restaurants and stores is about 1.2 km from Casa Partenope.
The nearest beach, during summer season with service, is a short walk off (ca. 250 m) and stretches up to Marina della Lobra, the old harbor of Massa Lubrense. Restaurants, bars, a newspaper stand and a small grocery store are found about 1 km further on along the seaside. Another small supermarket is 900 m off.
SORRENTO
Nearby Sorrento (ca. 4 km) is a picturesque and very interesting town you should stop by. Experience has shown that on the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrentine Peninsula you are in general better off using the public means of transportation whenever possible. There is a bus stop about 500 m from the apartment.
