„Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au gîte, qui est spacieux, agréable, et qui ne manque de rien. La literie est excellente, et le calme des lieux est reposant. Très bon accueil et communication fluide. Merci !“
„We booked this gite mainly because of the outside space and a covered seating area. However, when we arrived the electric awning did not work. One umbrella was supplied to compensate, which did not cover the table even. There was no mention it being fixed or any discount because of it's absence!More importantly, for the second year, the €600 damage deposit was not taken from my credit card. This despite, me getting a letter from Gite de France, telling me that it was being taken from my card. For us to get contacted a few hours before we leave on the boat that we now needed to get cash was very very annoying. Not good enough really, for the second year!I had to rush to the bank and get cash just an hour before I left. I did give the information requested for in the mail which did not work. But this was the same card used to pay for the Gite, so you could work it for those two payments but somehow not for the damage deposite. I'm not happy with this at all, especially when I cleared it with you beforehand. Patrick was very helpful and did all he could us but our enjoyment was effected badly by the electric awning not working.“
