WOHNEN AUF ZWEI ETAGEN
Die Villa Capone ist Teil eines Vierparteienhauses inmitten einer idyllischen und gepflegten Anlage privater Ferienhäuser und -wohnungen in Caprioli. Die Wohnfläche erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, wobei auch die Wohnungstür vom Parkplatz aus über eine Treppe erreichbar ist.
Dominiert wird die untere Etage der Villa Capone vom gemütlichen Wohnzimmer, an das sich eine offene Küche anschließt. Davor erstreckt sich auf der gesamten Breite eine überdachte Meerblickterrasse mit Esstisch und Stühlen. Auf der Etage befinden sich außerdem ein Badezimmer sowie ein Doppel- und ein Einzelzimmer.
Im Dachgeschoss der Villa Capone befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie ein kleines Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa für ein bis zwei Kinder/ Jugendliche. Auch das zweite Badezimmer liegt im Dachgeschoss sowie eine kleine Dachterrasse mit Außendusche und Blick auf das Meer.
PANORAMA-POOL UND AUSSENKÜCHE
Zum privaten Pool, der sich auf einem terrassierten Gelände direkt gegenüber der Villa Capone befindet, gelangt man über den Parkplatz, der sich vor dem Haus erstreckt. Auf der ersten Ebene erstreckt sich eine große, überdachte Terrasse mit Außenküche. Auf der darüber liegenden Ebene befindet sich der Poolbereich mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Weitere Bereiche zum Sonnen und Relaxen finden Sie oberhalb des Pools. Je höher Sie steigen, desto atemberaubender wird das Küstenpanorama, das sich Ihnen bietet.
HINWEIS: Der gesamte Poolbereich ist umzäunt und nur mit einem Schlüssel zugänglich.
STRANDURLAUB
Caprioli ist gesegnet mit wunderschönen Sandstränden und (im Sommer) mit empfehlenswerten Lidi wie dem Lido Mascalzone Latino. Es liegt außerdem strategisch günstig zwischen den Orten Pisciotta und Palinuro. Palinuro ist toll zum frühabendlichen Bummeln und Aperitif-Trinken. Pisciotta besticht durch ein weitaus familiäreres Flair mit authentischen Lokalen und fantastischer lokaler Küche.

LIVING ON TWO FLOORS
Villa Capone is one of four accommodation units in a house located in a well-kept complex of private holiday homes and apartments. Its living space covers two floors; the door to the apartment is accessible via stairs from the parking area in front of the property.
The main room on the lower floor of Villa Capone is the cozy living room with adjoining open kitchen (incl. gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine). Both areas open onto the furnished sea view terrace (table, chairs), which runs the width of the room. Two bedrooms, a double and a single, as well as a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) are also located on this floor.
The attic floor of Villa Capone includes a bedroom (double bed), a small living/sleeping room with a sofa bed for one to two children/teenagers and a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet). There is also a small roof terrace with sea view and outdoor shower.
Further amenities: heating and air conditioning (extra charge for both in case of use), WiFi, TV, fly screens, washing machine, hair dryer, grill.
PANORAMA-POOL AND OUTDOOR KITCHEN
The pool and pool area are located on a terraced property right across from the house Villa Capone is located in. At ground level lies a large, roofed terrace with outdoor kitchen, on the upper level the pool area with loungers and sunshade. More areas for sunbathing and relaxing are found above the pool. Let your gaze drift from every level: The higher you climb, the more breathtaking the coastal panorama you look out over.
NOTE: The pool area is completely fenced and accessible only with the key to open the gate.
BEACH HOLIDAYS
Caprioli is blessed with gorgeous sandy beaches and (in summer) with recommendable lidi such as Lido Mascalzone Latino.
The village is conveniently located between Pisciotta and Palinuro. Palinuro is a great place for an early evening stroll and aperitif. Pisciotta with its authentic restaurants and fantastic local cuisine radiates a more family-like atmosphere.
