The house is located at serene place which is very calm and peaceful and one can get to see the best view from the yard. The rooms are super-comfortable and clean, beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary to make our stay very pleasant. The place is unique and the preservation of the old house with its innovation creates a unique atmosphere that gives a true connection to the area. We toured the area and decided to stay one day in the house to enjoy the courtyard and the pastoral surroundings. Maya and Kalin are a pleasant and welcoming couple and we could learn from them a little about Bulgaria as locals see it. They took us on a tour together with their little daughter to watch wild animals. The tour was a pleasant and friendly family experience. The place is only half an hour away from the urban center and still, it enables to relax and connect to the wonderful nature around. We strongly recommend. A unique and different experience from anywhere we have been so far. We'd love to stay again at Maya's house.“

„This Balkan gem was definitely one of our best holidays ever. The place was beautifully renovated by Kalin and Maya, who preserved the essence of rural residence with all modern amenities. They were both charming, responsive and helpful and even bought a new heater for our little one. The house and its surroundings are very close to some of the best natural experiences in the Central Balkan Mountains and are luckily secluded from any touristic hub. It is highly recommended for nature lovers as well as town mice who want to escape from urban life. We spent 9 days in this inspirational place and hope to come back soon!“

„Karashka was amazing! It surpassed any of our expectations, it was the absolute perfect holiday home. This place is set in the mountains (you could just sit and look at the view for hours), in total peace and tranquility. The house has been lovingly renovated in traditional styles and is an incredibly comfortable place to spend some time. Maya and Kalin were excellent hosts, they showed us places nearby where we could walk and swim in the river. They were so helpful throughout our stay. We loved our holiday and will definitely be going back!“
