There is an open plan living/dining area with access to the terrace with a panoramic sea view, a separate well-equipped kitchen with a pantry and laundry room. The interior is spacious and bright.



Enjoy stunning sea views from the terrace, where you can enjoy drinks or dine. There's also a large dining table in the garden, as well as sun loungers and a barbecue. Here, you can relax, listen to the sound and feel the breeze of the sea throughout the house all day and night. From the terrace and lounge-dining area, you will enjoy the beautiful sea views.



There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two large single beds. There are two full bathrooms with a bath and a shower.

Wir bitten Sie um Informationen über den Tag und die Uhrzeit Ihrer Ankunft und Abreise, um den Empfang der Kunden und deren Abflug zu organisieren.



Rückerstattbare Anzahlungen sind für Schäden am Eigentum oder Inhalt erforderlich, die 48 Stunden nach dem Auschecken per Banküberweisung erstattet werden. Daher werden wir Ihre Bankdaten (vollständiger Name, Name und Adresse der Bank, IBAN, Swift- oder Bic-Nummer) anfordern ) entweder vor oder bei der Ankunft.

Der gesamte Müll muss vor Ihrer Abreise am Abreisetag aus dem Haus entfernt werden. Andernfalls wird ein Aufpreis von 50 € berechnet.

Check-ins after 21:00 are only possible upon prior authorization. Approved late check-ins between 21:00 and 23:00 will incur an additional fee equivalent to 50% of one night's rate. Please note that arrivals after 23:00 are not permitted under any circumstances. Guests arriving after 23:00 will only be able to check in the following day from 10:00 onwards.
