„So happy with our choice of property which was just as lovely as described and accurately represented by the gallery photos. The kitchen is adequately equipped for cooking but there are also some fabulous restaurants nearby if you know where to look- just ask the locals! The location was private, peaceful and also a perfect base to further explore coast, mountains and cities. We were given a warm welcome with lots of helpful tourist information. I would keenly recommend to others, as well as being happy to return in future. Thank you“

„Gezellig huis op prachtige locatie. Wel goed om te weten dat het huis op een berg ligt en de toegangsweg smal is, veel scherpe bochten heeft en het wegdek niet overal heel goed is. Cozy house in a beautiful location. It is good to know that the house is located on a mountain and the access road is narrow, has many sharp curves and the road surface is not very good everywhere.“

„The accommodation is very nicely furnished. There is everything you need for a self-catering accommodation. In any case, for 6 people it can be a little cramped. Furnishings are neat and clean. However, a small problem is the access to the last 500 meters. It is relatively narrow and steep. With a large car it can be a bit tight. The landlady is very friendly and the contact is very good. Pool is well maintained and tiptop. What is very pleasant is that it is very very quiet and you can really relax.“

„Beautiful located property amongst the olive trees and vine yards- although pretty narrow and steep road to it. Lovely pool (the pool furniture could do with being updated though) and the house was well equipped. Loved sitting out at night on the terrace with some local wine and chatting away with our friends. Irene gave us superb directions and also a list of some great places to eat out. From the villa we visited Lucca, Pisa and Florence - all within an hour or so. Such a relaxing holiday - we loved it.“

„Die fünf Sterne gibt es vor allem für die traumhafte Lage und die Qualität des Hauses. Alles wurde mit hochwertigen Materialien renoviert. Auch mindestens fünf Sterne gibt es für die sehr zuvorkommende und persönliche Betreuung. Wenn wir etwas gemeldet haben, war sofort jemand da. Die Ruhe und die herrliche Umgebung ist ideal für Naturliebhaber (lange Spaziergänge) und Familien mit Kindern (Swimmingpool, Tischtennisplatte u. v.m.) . Wenn dann mal Kultur angesagt sein soll: Lucca und Pisa sind in greifbarer Nähe. Wir waren in einer eher nassen Herbstwoche (Heizung wurde benötigt und funktioniert tadellos - kostet aber recht viel!) hier. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht gut war: Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr geniessen können. Hinweis am Rande: Das eigene Auto sollte nicht zu breit und lang sein: Die Auffahrt ist z. T. recht eng. Als Maximalgrösse kann der 5er BMW genannt werden. The five stars are mainly for the fantastic location and the quality of the house. Everything has been renovated with high-quality materials. There are also at least five stars for the very courteous and personalised service. When we reported something, someone was there immediately. The tranquillity and wonderful surroundings are ideal for nature lovers (long walks) and families with children (swimming pool, table tennis table and much more). If culture is the order of the day: Lucca and Pisa are within easy reach. We were here during a rather wet autumn week (heating was needed and worked perfectly - but cost quite a lot!). Even though the weather wasn't good, we really enjoyed our stay. A side note: Your car should not be too wide and long: The driveway is quite narrow in places. The maximum size is a BMW 5 series.“
