„We had a great stay with our family of 7 persons. It was handy that the owners stay on the same premises as we arrived late due to a traffic jam. The owners are friendly people, very handy also. They did most of the renovation themselves with authentic materials from demolished houses. The house is foreseen with all you normally need for a normal holiday. When the oven appeared broken the same day an alternative device was supplied. The environment is really great for hiking, bicycle, viaferrata, seeing ruins and fortresses, waterfalls, canyons, refuges, glaciers, colls and reachable mountains of >3000m, etc. The beds are good (French length of course) . The house (living room/ kitchen is not very large when 10 people are staying but it will do. You share the 4 stores building with separate entrances with other people, but it is not bothering. We consider returning next year, there is much more to explore! In 2026 the owners forsees a jacuzzi and extra sun protection on the front side of the house.“
